That's exciting, to see everyone's plans. It's interesting to see who is going for #2 soon. DH doesn't seem to want a #2 within a couple years of #1 (whenever that happens). We'll see. We're tentatively looking at starting in March right now. DH admitted in November he has baby fever now.

Call me weird, but I wouldn't mind a bit if I had twins Not sure why, my brothers are twins. Maybe it's from constantly watching and taking out my brother's 4 kids (that are almost 5, almost 7, 8 and 9 yrs old), that twins don't seem that terrible, lol.

Even though I wouldn't mind them, I'm not going to pay a doctor to ensure I conceive twins. Whatever happens, happens.

I've actually thought about this also. Because the part of the baby thing that has always had me scared is the pregnancy/labor thing... not the whole raising a life thing. Crazy huh? You'd think I'd be more concerned with being the best mother I could. But I have faith that I can be so i'm more worried about things going way wrong and having complications. So the thought of only having to go thru the pregnancy/labor once incase its a really bad experience for me, sounds amazing.

Yep, mainly because we have such a SHORT window with my job so we have to plan ahead. I'm thinking it will take a few months for my body to get back to normal and then when the time is right I won't have any worries LOL. But if we don't get PG in 2011 then we have to wait until 2012, we're pretty ok with either. If we don't get pg in 2011, we'll try aggressively in 2012 since that'll make us more towards our original target ages.
This is more involved than parts of my biz plan!

Oh yah, you guys def have to plan plan plan! I couldn't even imagine being 8-9 months pregnant, trying to stand all day taking pics at a wedding.

We were actually going to do some smart planning also. We were thinking of attempting to get pg during dec/jan/feb of some year so that I'd have the baby in sept/oct/nov. So that when I go back to work, its tj's slow time at work and theres a better chance he'll be home for the baby instead of a babysitter/daycare. And we were hoping his boss would finally let them claim unemployement during the winter months already so he'd be there all the time!

so much planning goes into all this! But I guess we really don't have the final say lol.

*Gerrie....Your life isn't ruined! You just get more time with the 3 of you. The sibling for Dex will be here before you konw it:)

We are thinking about trying this summer for #2. I don't want to get too far out of the baby phase so that I'm used to getting up at night. Although Ro is sleeping 12 hours solid now and I Love Love love it!!! We had a rough 11 months of sleep. Crazy to think but with him turning a year I'm getting baby fever already. Some days it scares me though. My agreeable little boy is not so agreeable anymore and is a TODDLER! Yikes

I have no idea when we'll be ready to try. We said at least 2 years after we've been married and that is about to come but neither of us feel ready but we're enjoying "practicing" Wink
