Re: Since the board is dead...
I think there's a way you can link your regular FB to twitter but I think it works the opposite...where you put an update on twitter and it automatically updates on FB. I'm not sure though I'm a twitter dumb dumb. I haven't quite figured out how to work it.

Here are my pet peeves (you ladies already nailed them mostly):
1) Games/Drinking Requests/Give a hug. Annoying. I have about 57 of them that I have to constantly hit 'ignore'.
2) Annoucing what time you woke up followed by each and every activity that you did that day.
3) Too much public affection between 2 couples that you know live together. For instance, DH & I have 2 friends that are engaged and are constantly going back and fourth about 'your the best nonhusband ever!' Gag me.
And does anyone else find it odd that people put their baby sonogram up as their default picture? I can see adding this into your pictures, but as your default?!
THIS! I am sick of hearing it. I have had to block people for it.
another thing is the post going around on shame on you america. i'm sorry, yes, i gave money to haiti, but it was MY money. the last time i checked i can do what i want with it. yes, we have people hungry and homeless here, but this is a WHOLE country in need. my favorite is i know for a fact that these people do not do a damn thing to help homeless, but yet they have something to *** about. that what gets me.
For all of those who don't like to see statuses on games and such just hit the hide button, problem solved. You won't ever see it again.
I remembered what I was saying. I really have no pet peeves when it comes to statuses except those who are always oh woe is me. My sister is one. I have a few people who go above and beyond on this and I've hid them. I'm all for venting or posting something if you've had a bad day...we all do it...but when its all day every day, that's a bit excessive. No one's life can be THAT bad! Other than that I probably annoy a lot of you...that's ok, you can hide me. I enjoy reading most during our slow times at work...although I do have a cousin who insists on tell everyone when he poops and when he has a hard on...REALLY don't need to hear that thanks! I like random postings of movie quotes and song lyrics. The reaction I get from some people who have no idea what I'm talking about makes me giggle. Of course DH and I randomly spit out movie quotes all the time.
When it comes to FB I'm more irritated with people who send you a mass message and then people who hit reply all instead of just replying to that one person so my inbox is always highlighted with a number. There's no way to remove yourself either they should fix that.
I have a former staff member who is Always posting things to get sympathy. Like allll the time. This chick cannot post something positive to save her life. Now I'm all for praying for her Gramps, and wishing she feels better, but every 10 seconds is redic. I hid her updates because she was so consistently a downer.
Oh and my cousins drop the full f bomb in every status update. Using lang. like that on FB all the time is just trashy and embarrassing. Clean it up kids. I know they are teens and early 20's, but I'm about to de-friend them. At least have the courtesy to say "f-ing" and not the real word. Then we get the point without the profanity.
THIS! I have an old classmate who has recently found religion - so I get status updates of her favorite bible passages, thanking God for random things, etc. But my favorite is that she will share her message from God - really, does God talk to you through a FB application?
