Dinner for 6 on Friday - help??
I am going to do chicken cordon bleu (baked chicken breasts stuffed with swiss and ham), asparagus, and something.
I bought sweet potatoes to make sweet potato casserole but on second thought, I don't think the flavours would be very complimentary. What is an easy dish I can either make ahead or at the same time that would go better???
We are having chocolate fondue and fruit for dessert
Re: Dinner for 6 on Friday - help??
Since it's a weeknight and the prep for the chicken is time consuming, I'd just go with something easy for the starch. Maybe roasted potatoes or rice pilaf. Sounds yummy.
The most gourmet thing I've made in the past 6 weeks came from a Ragu jar
mmmm, can I come for dinner too?
I'd keep it simple like roasted potatoes.
