I'm in total shock right now!

Re: So I have some news....
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
That was fast! CONGRATULATIONS!
I got a very faint line a Dollar Tree test yesterday, but wanted to wait until I used a digital with FMU before saying anything.
DH is going to flip his lid. I kept telling him that there's no way we'd get pregnant the first month and he kept saying that he thought we would.
AHHHH. WE KNOW BEFORE DH?!
I love it!
He's at work, and I had to tell someone!
I'm going to give him a copy of Baby Bargains tonight. I'm going to wrap it up like a present and see how long it takes for him to figure out why I'm giving him that book.
Cute! I saw an interesting baby book the other day that I wanted the other day. Something about the "Eco-nomical Baby" ? It was about being environmentally friendly and cheap.
I'll have to see if I can find that book at Barnes & Noble. Whenever we walk past the baby aisles at Target he starts to talk about how expensive everything is. Which is why we've been saving, so he really doesn't need to worry too much.
I'm open to more creative suggestions. Between the test and the very sick dog, it's a bit crazy here.
Congratulations!
That is such a great word to see on a Friday morning!
TTC #1 13 cycles, CP 6/09, TTC #2 1 cycle
CDing, EP'd for 13 months for #1, BFing for #2
Pregnancy Hypertension - inductions at 39w, I grow big babies: DD was 9 pounds 1 ounce 22 inches, DS was 11 pounds even 22 inches - both vaginal deliveries
I wanted to do something like this:
When I found out I was pregnant with our first child I put a hamburger bun in the middle of the oven. When my hubby came home I told him I was trying to make dinner but the oven was making a weird noise. I asked him to check it out. When he opened the oven door he looked puzzled because of the bun sitting in the middle of the oven. He finally realized that I had my own little bun in the oven.
But I just showed J the test and we went back to bed.
Shut. Up.
That is so freaking awesome! Congrats and have lots of fun telling your H . . . I'm stoked I got to start my day off reading such great news!
Thanks everyone!
I'm off to take the dog to the vet. Hopefully they switch her antibiotics so she doesn't keep getting sick.
