Re: I got thirsty (PIP & long)...

  • Sorry about the accident!

    CONGRATs on the BFP!!!

I O'd on CD26 when I got KU with Libby...I had to convince the nurse to adjust the EDD from the little wheel they use for LMP (Which was 04.15.09) and would have had her EDD nearly 2 weeks early!  Considering I ended up being induced at 39w2d (orginally 38w4d) that means that Libby could have been 3-4 weeks early!  Scary stuff.  If you KNOW when you O'd make sure they go with that date and not your LMP!

Hey Lori!  I was checking out your chart when I was charting and saw you O'd on CD26 and was wondering how they handled your due date.  I'm glad you were able to convince the nurse to change your EDD!  I'm not 100% sure how open my OB is to charting (though I did mention I had charted when I saw her last week--she said, "Really?  Good for you!"), but I'll take my chart with me to my appt next week.  My thermal shift is pretty clear so we'll see!

*does the baby boogie on the board*

MWAHAHAHAHAHA! Finally, you have succumbed to the Dark Side!

*ahem* Sorry about that. What I meant to say was congratulations Nicole!!!!!!! How's Brian doing? Ben strutted around like he was Superman...

Thanks Lisa!  When I told Brian the BFP was confirmed, his exact words were, "Woo-hoo!  My stuff works!!!"  With the concerns of infertility these days, we're just thankful that everything seemed to have worked the way they should.  Stick out tongue

wow! another one bites the dust!!! ;-). congratulations!!! so excited for you :-).

i wonder who will be next!! lol

Like Jaime, I hope it's you, too, Ericka!  Charting definitely helped big time, especially since I tended to ovulate around CD18.  I ovulated even later (CD20) this cycle and would have never known to keep BD'ing unless I was charting.  OPKs helped a lot, too!

  • Re due dates... I didn't O until CD44 or something so mine would have been off by like a month, too. I had to convince the NP that I knew I ovulated late and she ordered an early ultrasound. Baby was measuring 2 days ahead of what my chart said do my EDD was off by only 2 days instead of almost a month.

  • Congrats and Happy and healthy 9 mos.

Also wondering who will be next...I know there are a few of us on that train.

Sounds like I might have a hard time with my EDD when I'm knocked up because I've been Oing at CD30 for the last 6 months!

  • Oh Nicole, I can't believe someone would do that!  I can't even begin to imagine how scared you must've been.  I'm glad the therapy session went well, though.

But hooray!  Congrats to you and Brian!!  What an awesome way to tell your dad and FIL.  So happy for you!  Smile

  • So sorry to hear about the car accident. I'm glad it wasn't too serious. PT really helps (I got it for my last car accident and I thought it worked really well).
