As for the insurance, not sure if this was already suggested, but does your employer have EAP? Stands for Employee Assistance Program? It's a service that employers contract with to provide baisc therapy, law, etc. advice. More importantly, they provide referrals to actual counselors and you get like three free visits. Look to see if you or your H have something like this.
