As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

haha thanks, I liked that yours was Ross wife...and for a while the only thing i could think of was the farmers wife...and that was a bit too rural for me...then DH said he was a syruper the other day and that was it haha.
I feel like i'm constantly thinking of things to write about, but i never have time! although we're doing assessment testing for the rest of the week, so i have a lot of down time tomorrow.

good idea! haha i never even really read blogs before about a month ago.
off topic...DH accidentally dropped his phone in a pan of maple syrup and it boiled for about ten minutes...it worked for a few days..but it kept oozing syrup...finally it died...so he has about three old phones..but couldnt find a charger to any of them...except for my pink chocolate phone! haha...he is a farmer with a pink phone haha
Melko, a few days before the wedding DH dropped my phone in a HUGE puddle of contact lens solution. It sorted out immediately. I opened it up, dried up all the parts so it looked normal, and took it to Verizon and played it up like it was technical problem. They gave me a free upgrade.
Maybe if you clean his phone well, put it back together, and take it to the store he can get an upgrade. I'm not sure if you need the "insurance" on your phone plan for that, but it's worth a try!

Too funny. That reminds me of my DH dropping his phone in a bucket of hot industrial oil. His leaked too until he took it apart and cleaned it. Funny thing is it still works. That was two years ago. I still giggle when I think of it.
good idea! he did drop it in water (not sure how) a few weeks before that, and we put it in rice and all that and it was perfect...not sure how the syrup will effect it though..
H dropped his phone in a puddle of slush 2 weeks ago. Luckily he was able to get it replaced within a day. The poor tech geek didn't know what to do without a phone for 24 hours....le sigh
I find it much easier to keep posting on my new blog since it's focused on a specific overall topic. I had another blog but it was turning into a bit of an online journal and I would forget to post, or wouldn't have anything interesting to say and would just summarize my day. So focusing on gluten-free living is a lot easier and much more interesting. I'm going to start a photo blog soon, too. Not sure if I'll use wordpress or blogger, though.

the worst is when you say something that can have sexual meanings, and you just pray that the kids didnt hear it..and you try so hard not to laugh...hmm let me think.

Melko, that would be hilarious! I used to follow this guy on Twitter named "sh*tmydadsays", and every tweet was something his grumpy old dad said. It's hilarious!
Panda, I will let you know! I am super excited. I won't be able to keep a link here because I'm hoping to start doing some WR photography (someday, at least), but I'll have the link on Facebook once I establish a couple good posts. Luckily I have some couple friends willing to guinea pig themselves for some photoshoots so I can get some good practice!
