I know all the recipes by heart. If you had an espresso machine, I can tell you how to make whatever you want. (Frappucino's not included - those are based from a box mix.) I can also suggest all sorts of drinks, based on what your tastes are.
As for the company itself, I can tell you saw the closing of the stores years before it happened. They have a mission to put a starbucks on every street corner (no joke), but what they're missing is doing so would completely genericize (ha...made up word) the label, which is NOT what they want to do. it's already generic enough!
