Great job!
The colour combination of orange, green and blue blend so well together! I think those bebehs are going to love that pirate ship!
I am beyond impressed! I LOVE it! You def. need to submit the chair makeover somewhere. You need to start your own nursery design biz!!!
GORGEOUS!
I LOVE the wall art -- can't believe it's DIY -- and the reupholstered chair! Who would've guessed?!
Btw, I think we have the same changing table!
Wow Lisa...awesome job...but really, I expected no less.
LOve your artwork and am dying to know what the W and D stand for...William and Daniel? Wolfgang and Dante? Cannot wait to find out!
Love the colors and the set-up...now all you need is your little lads! Woo hoo!

Ummm...no.
I was GOING to, but then MIL and I took a closer look at the top cushion and it has these odd curved bits and we just decided to turn it over to the pros. If it was all square we'd have done it, but neither of us were confident enough to handle the odd lines. She knew a guy who had done upholstering for her before and is very fast (we got these back the next day!) and very reasonably priced, so in the end it made more sense just to have him do it. And I have to say, they look a thousand times better than they would if I did them.
me too!! *every* time I see the W and the D (starting from your beautiful photoshop renditions), I'd always automatically think "wade! wait - that's only one name" every. time. haha
hehe, sounds like that was the right choice
regardless, it looks fantastic! i only had to ask, b/c i have a sewing machine, but think it would take me too much time and frustration to sew a cover - and it wouldn't look half as nice! i was wondering if there was an outsourcing option, hah.
LOL my mom keeps sending me guesses...Dain and Willie and Darcy and Waylon were two of them.
Honestly I wouldn't care if everyone knew, but Ben has been adamant about keeping them hush hush...
BTW, I actually suggested the name Wade to Ben but he vetoed it immediately.
LOVE your nursery pics! The initials make me a bit curious about the boys names... I think I can guess one, but the other ???
I love how much you DIY; I am inspired!

I'm not ganna lie, I like your "LOVE" print better than the original print. I think yours looks awesome. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the chair fabric. Where did you find it? I swear I've been hunting for fun/interesting fabric and not finding anything.
I like it, a lot! Way to go! Oh and I love that you didn't use bumpers on the crib. I completely agree that they are a total waste. besides that I'm SUPER afraid of suffocation, even when she wasn't moving around in there.
Just at my local fabric store, surprisingly enough! It's technically curtain material, but made of a heavy, thick weave so I figured it would be sturdy enough for a chair as well. The actual upholstery section at the store is TINY so I had to look at alternatives lol.
