Where do you shop for jackets?
I know this is kind of a silly question, but I'm in the market for a spring/rain jacket and I can't find anything I like. Any suggestions?
Re: Where do you shop for jackets?
An LL Bean store also recently open at Legacy Plaza in Dedham. I don't think that it has an outlet, but the store is pretty big.
Along the same lines, Eddie Bauer has some good stuff. Just got my sister a somewhat pricey raincoat for her last birthday from there (at her request) and she loves it. While the stuff at LLBean is good quality, I find that generally it lacks in cuteness factor.
I also like the technical brands--NorthFace, etc.--for waterproof gear.
I have a great, lightweight rain jacket from LL Bean. You can buy an inside layer and zip it up into it if you need more warmth.
I have a cute trench from Limited if you are looking for something dressier.
