Just a couple that Ben took earlier today...
Will:
Dash:

(Yes, that is a pacifier in his mouth. Ben got desperate and started using one while I was in the hospital with the epidural headache. The little man loves it and it doesn't seem to be interfering with his feeding or causing any nipple confusion - he's a champion nurser.)
It's funny that I was concerned about being able to tell them apart before they were born - they don't seem anything alike to me, even if they are technically identical! (Although Will does have more hair, which helped the nurses at the hospital tell them apart.)
Re: Pirate pics
I have already commented on the boys on FB but wanted to "awwwww" at em again. They're utterly gorgeous! I can see a difference between them just from these photos.
Also re the dummy, I went and bought my FIRST dummy ever for Samara a couple of hours ago. Maya never had one (even though SHE was the fussy one, ironic eh) because I didn;t want the headache of weaning her off of it etc.
However, last night I was reading up on it here;
http://www.babble.com.au/2010/04/30/born-to-suck-why-you-should-give-your-baby-a%C2%A0pacifier/
and it gives me a few good reasons fo giving Samara a dummy at night, biggest drawcard for me being the American Association of Pediatrics have studied it's correlation to reducing the occurance of SIDS.
I am STILL unsure if I am doing the right thing by giving it to her but I figure if she takes to it (she didn't take it tonight, she kept pushing it out with her lips lol) then we will only give it to her for 6 mths or so and only at night sleeps. I just hope I don't ruin her as a sleeper, because she is still sttn.
Awww...so precious! And don't you worry about the pacifier. Whatever works. Seriously! I wish Ben would take one but he never did
Either way, it has it's pros and cons.
Congratulations again. So so beautiful!
They are just precious!!! I wonder can you tell which one Will and Dash in your belly? I remember you saying one of the them scrirmed around in your belly when you were laid on a particular side.
Just saw these on FB, they are so cute! They look so big already to me!
Also who cares about the paci- I SO wish Bella would've taken one. I waited 4 weeks at the advice of the LC and then she ended up refusing it and the bottle. I ended up being her pacifier which meant my nips felt like they were on FIRE much of the time unless I used the soothies gel pads.
Wow, absolutely precious!! You and Ben make some good looking babies, haha! They look pretty identical to me right now and I love Will's hair...already so fashionable with the way its all spikey! Super cute!
Thanks for sharing!

hawaii 10.2008 plan ;P married bio ???
Oh my Lisa! They are just SO beautiful!! I was one of your fb stalkers crossing their fingers everyday that all was good
I was like, "yeah I know she's all like giving birth to twins and stuff, but she should really update her FB
" Selfish me
I must admit though, I wish we as moms didn't feel the need to justify and explain our reasoning about the use of pacifiers. I wish we would take all of our justifications about what we do choose or don't choose to do w/ our little monkeys and throw it right out the window

That's a matter of debate.
They're currently a kind of steel blue, but I'm 99% sure they'll change. I'm hoping they'll turn green like Ben's...and I think there's a good chance they will, since mine were brown since birth (never blue first).
LOL yup that was Will...and yup, he's still the squirmer!
