Day 5: complete!
It felt great today! The push ups are sooo much easier, and it flew by! I'm getting kind of excited for level 2 to kick my butt haha.
I'm also looking forward to weighing in on monday!
Level 1 Day 7: Complete!!
My knees are hurting a little bit...but its the first day they've hurt, so we'll see.
Level 1, Day 6: check! I'm counting this as day 6 since I didn't work out yesterday.
Melko - mine are hurting too! for the past 2 times they've made clicking noises when I've been doing squats and lunges, so I eased up a bit today and didn't go as deep as I had been. I also tweaked my left knee running tonight, so I babied it a little bit while doing the shred.

Shred Level 1, Day 7: Complete
It was rough today because my stomach is acting up, but I managed to get through it. Now time to lay back down on the couch

Panda - I make sure that if I skip a day, I don't skip counting (or you defeat the purpose of the "30 day shred"). Even though I skipped a day and It's been 9 days since I started, I've only done 8 of them, so I count today as day 8. I will be starting Level 2 on Friday because of that.
Level 1 Day 8: Complete!
So far, the bicycle cruches have been my least favorite, but today they weren't that bad!
Panda: I decided to do the same thing with the counting..so actually do 30 days of it..or I'll just start skipping!
Well, crap. If I do it twice a day until I'm caught up that would work right? It would still be 30 workouts in 30 days.

hmm never thought of that, I guess it would work. Once in the morning and once in the evening.
Anyway, Level 1 Day 9: Check! Only one day left until a new workout!! woooot! I also ran further today than I have in awhile, so I have had two great workouts.

Day 9: complete!!
I just went out and bought 3 lb weights since I've been using 2 lbs (they were out of 3 when I got them last week), and they are getting too light.
Level 1 Day 10: Complete! Yay on to Level 2 tomorrow. I'm previewing it right now so that I can remember what I have to do.
Congrats on upping your weights Alise! I have been using 5 pounders and for some exercises (like the shoulder press and anterior raises) it's been a struggle, but for things like chest flies and bicep curls they're too easy. I have the reebok speedpak weights so I don't really have time to adjust in between exercises...oh well. I'll see what I need for Level 2 when I get there tomorrow.
