...getting the infamous "when are you having babies"? questions yet?
Our friends and families are wondering - and we got a few predictions in our Advice / Predictions / Wishes jar of "Baby F. in 2011!" hahaha. And I just got asked today by a guy at work. I think it's b/c we're already in our 30's (me - 31, him - 34) and we bought a house last summer. So everything's in place as far as other people are concerned.
Where's Midnite, my soon to be Bump buddy? LOL. We are planning to start TTC this summer / early Fall and I know she said she and her hubby are in a similar situation. 
Ssshhhh, don't tell anyone, though!! lol.
But yeah, it didn't take long for people to start asking!!!

I've found out that i have a probelm with my thyroid so I've been goign to the doc and everyone things is because I'm PG!
We are starting TTC next mont when this pack of BC is finished.
Well a cousin had her baby shower this last Saturday, so I got asked there by DH aunt. Actually she just asked how many we were going to have, not when. lol I think most of our immediate family and friends already know what our plan is, so that helps.
We will start trying late this month or next month. My pills actually worked out perfect, I took my last one the night of the wedding! lol
We have officially started trying but aren't telling anyone. We actually got wished another set of twins. We feel its now or never he is 46 and I am 38 if we do get blessed that is wonderful if we don't thats ok to atleast we are having fun trying. HAHA!!! No one asks us! Our youngest is 11 and I think most will think we are crazy when they find out! Oh well!
Pam, I was 11 when my youngest sister was born. I loved being able to help mom take care of her! She's 9 years old now and we have a blast together =]
Oh yes, we have been getting this. A friend of mine also likes to ask me in the most awkward times, like in the middle of a big group of people.
We are only 25,and are just not as established as we would like to be. We plan on waiting another 2 or 3 years before we start trying.
I love that we can talk about our secret plans (for those already TTC but not telling anyone else) on here! It's like a super secret society

our honeymoon is scheduled for aug 14-21 and we should be good to start TTC after that. i actually have a Dr. visit next week with a new Dr. to go over some things now and basically just see if i am comfortable with the new Dr. and like her.
We aren't getting asked much, but I know everyone wonders. I did get asked at a birthday party at the end of May if "there's something we should know about" because I was eating dill pickles, lol. Uhh...It was a bbq. And I LOOOOVE dill pickles.
Later on, they had cake & ice cream & I told the guy, "uhhhoohhh I'm having ICE CREAM now." LOL
We'll be starting TTC probably by the end of this year too.

Confession: babies scare the crap out of me, but I'm trying to get over it since we do want to start a family relatively soon...I'm nervous, though!
Same here. We're also 20 and 22 and a baby just isn't in the plans for us right now. Of course we want a family, we just want to wait a little while. I'm on the pill and we both know there's a slight chance that I could still get pregnant but we're both fine with it. We're not trying by any means but if I would get pregnant we wouldn't be upset.
Shoot... We've been getting this question for about the last 3 years (we've been together just over four). And then when my nephew was born (almost 2 years ago), it was constantly "when's your turn". Personally, I've had massive baby fever since the day I knew DH was the one for me. If it were entirely up to me, we'd already have one. And I've been asked by a co-worker/friend/family friend at least once a week since the wedding. And EVERYONE at DH's work asks him constantly.
We say that we are trying to wait a year and just enjoy being married, but if it happens it happens and it's meant to be. I would like to get in a little better shape before getting PG though. High blood pressure runs in my family and I would like to avoid it.
I would love to be on the TTC bandwagon and hopefully will be pretty soon.That's kind of funny, we have been getting the opposite from most people. Our friends keep saying "You aren't gonig to try to have kids right away are you?" and we aren't. We both decided to wait 4 years and I actually made a bet with a girl that I won't be pregnant before 2014 - Iof I win I get a bottle of Crystal and if I lose I buy her one. Nice incentive, right

I have had a few of my married and mommy friends joking about me needing to get pregnant so our kids can grow up together, but they have been saying that for years. I just laugh a little and tell them to have another when I am ready
MIL is REALLY good about not pushing that but I feel like my mom will be the one bugging us. She already has one grandson form my sister she gets to spoil relentlessly. So she can just be happy with that for now

I get asked all the time at work because most of the girls I work with are in their 20's-30's. If it were me, we'd be TTC now. But we (mostly he) decided we should wait until the end of this year/beginning of this year, and we're going to stop my BCP in October, to get my cycle regular.
Have you guys been on the GP board or the Bump's GP board? Those girls are hardcore!

I've lurked and posted a couple times on the nest's GP board when I found out I have PCOS. They are actually all fantastic women.
Pam- my brother is 16 years older than me and I actually think it's pretty cool... we "fight" like we are only a few years apart, but I think because he was one of the ones to take care of me as a baby, it made us super close.
As far as for HH and I, we have decided that we're gonna wait until we're 28 or so... I want to finish college and pay off our loans and get us financially settled first and he feels like we're too young (totally agree- I'm 20 while HH is 21). Funny thing is- we already have names picked out and how many of each sex we want, lol.

We are on the TTC bandwagon also! I have been off the pill for a month now and we have our doctors appt in July to make sure everything is ok, and from there we will just see what happens.
Definitely not saying they're not great women. A lot of them overcame a lot of stuff to get pregnant. I had just never heard of the charting and stuff like that until I went to those boards. That's all I meant by hardcore.
