My Nest Bio and Cycling Advice
Call me old fashioned, but there are things around the house I simply will not do, including changing light bulbs. I feel the man is responsible for things like taking out the trash, fixing leaky faucets, maintaining the yard, changing the oil in the cars, etc. Unfortunately, my DH is useless when it comes to doing these things. I guess it's my fault that I married a momma's boy who can't do anything without me staring over his shoulder.

Well WTF do you do around the house? Do you have dinner ready every night when he gets home? Do you wait by the door for him with a pipe and his favorite slippers? Are the sheets changed everyday and freshly ironed?
I work full time. He's usually off before I am, so actually, it should probably be the other way around.

WTF will DH not go home?!?! He's not feeling well, has a Dr. appt. and is still suffering at work. Take the rest of the day to chill and relax; and Get some sleep!
(The Dr. is for his eye as he got something in them last night and couldn't sleep b/c of whatever it was, got up in the middle of the night to purchase eye wash/flush stuff and woke up from about 2 hrs of sleep with red irritated eyes to work a full day!) Holy run-on sentence, Batman!

I take it you've never lived alone or without a man around?? What happens if for some reason you are forced to live alone? Would you walk around in the dark until some nice man would come change your light bulbs?? I think it's pretty silly to be upset that he wouldn't change a light bulb and to not just change it yourself.

I agree! Change the light bulb yourself. How is that just a man's job? It seems like you are really unhappy with your DH and you complain about every little thing he does. Maybe you should sit him down and talk to him about it if you have not already done so. I doubt he'd be very happy if he knew that you were on here griping about him all the time.
