best and worst parts of your weekend! go!

best - spending a lot of time with dh this weekend. we needed it!
worst - dh got stung by 2 bees yesterday. poor thing.
Worst- the heat/humidity mix made being outside for even the shortest games miserable.
Best- hanging out with friends Sunday afternoon and getting to bed early last night!
Best - going out to breakfast and relaxing by the pool with DH on Sunday
Worst - sweating my a$$ off the entire day at Saturday's wedding, band that completely disregarded the bride's play/do not play list
Best - Spending time with DH in the mountains
Worst - Just not loving the trip. We weren't blown away this time. The cabin was easy to get to, but it just wasn't as nice as others we have stayed at and had an awkward design. Trees had grown to partially block the view. As much as we have loved our past trips, I think we're just over going to Blue Ridge. Sitting around and doing nothing is nice, but it's not enough to get DH relaxed.
Minor Vent: The roommate took it upon himself to "clean" the house while we were gone. All he really did was basically take everything that he felt didn't belong in the living room and put it elsewhere. Either in a pile on top of my laptop in the kitchen (mixed in the mail, thanks), in the basement if it was DH's, or on our bed. I'm not happy about this at all. Some love this sort of thing, but it irritates the hell out of me to have anyone touch my stuff. He was so proud of himself I couldn't say a word. With my vision, I have developed a pretty good memory of where I put things, because I hate hunting for stuff. So now, everything's been moved and instead of knowing that a particular item is on table X, I now have to find it in the pile. DH has learned this lesson well and knows not to move my things. My mom learned it well before him. I don't give a rat's a$$ if the roommate thinks it looked messy, if I wanted it picked up and put in a single pile I would have !#$ done it myself.
Oh, and it's MY tv. Don't !@#$ turn on the !@#$ tv to watch !!@#$ soccer while I'm home. There are other tv's in the house, living room TV rights are not included in rent, TYVM.

Best - my birthday. BF bought me a beautiful necklace, and took me to Ruth's Chris for dinner, which was delish! Also, when I got home for my biz trip on Friday, we went out for pizza, and then cuddled at home. I got the "L" word for the first time.

Worst - Terrible pounding headache for most of Sunday.
best - R&R. It was great.
worst - OMFG it was hot this weekend. I was like 2* away from hating the pool. The fact that I stayed in it almost the whole time attests to the heat. I hid in the shade for over an hour! THEN the gym's AC on Sun A.M. is prob frozen over
It stayed @ 78* but was set to 68* and "run" and it did NOT go down the whole time I was there. I was highly irritated.
And oh, yeah. CONAN is tonight!!! I'm totally excited.

best: spending time with my BFFs in the pool saturday, DH having an awesome phone interview saturday morning...he's headed to ATL tomorrow for the last one (hopefully!!)
worst: realizing just how much stuff could be changing soon, with my job (or lack of) and his new job and...i don't deal well with unknowns.

Worst- my family being b!itchy. Getting the side eye from DH for not "letting him know what I was doing" even though I think he was just mad b/c I hung out with friends after the horse show and had a few beers...psshhh.

Best: I was able to leave the house for a little bit yesterday and treated myself to some Lululemon gear. I love it but hate that it is so expensive.
Worst: Spending the past few days treating wounds and playing nurse. (I am extremely squeamish and don't deal well with blood and other's bodily fluids.) Also, I felt sick and was running a fever. Grr
Adventures of A Girl and Her Apron
Best - awesome deals at a garage sale, spent lots of time in our pool on Saturday and Sunday and finally started to get things ready for the nursery.
Worst - storm that came through last night knocked out the Direct TV as it was recording True Blood. We had to record the 11pm episode instead and will watch tonight.
I don't know- apparently. He tries to play it off like "Well if I knew you were going to be so late coming home (7:30p.m.) I would have gone to Improv with our neighbors.
Om, hello- you are a grown a$$ man, can't you make those decsions on your own?! I already told you I didn't want to go...

Best: meeting a friend from school and her husband for dinner saturday night, I haven't seen them in a month of more
Worst: a lingering headache I had all day yesterday, but it reminds me of how sweet DH can be.
Best- Having a girls night out on saturday!! Lots of dancing!!!
Worst- having to finish cleaning out our aparment in this horrible heat. We have been in our house for 2 months so I am OVER the apartment. Thank goodness the lease is finally over.
I love lululemon! When I was in Vancouver two years ago I met the guy that started it. At that point, they didn't have much of a presence in Atlanta so he hooked me up with a credit to the store in Vancouver. I fell in love. Best. Workout. Gear. Ever.
Best - Replaced our old, dying living room TV with a new flat screen (yay!)
Worst - Burning my arm with some boiling pork roast juice yesterday. (I immediately put it under cold running water, then let it soak/iced it for the rest of the evening. What felt like was going to be a major burn turned out to look like a medium sunburn this morning.)
Best: Caid asked Josh if he could call him "dad" and lots of soccer to watch!
Worst: It was miserably hot and humid.
