Ah is oatmeal GF?! I didn't think it was, then again I am still learning.
There will be a test tomorrow, so be prepared!
oatmeal by itself is GF but often in the processing it gets contaminated. Starbucks is super allergy friendly and I called and they assured me that if I ask for it at my local starbucks, they can use GF oats for me. My barrista and I are getting to know each other on a first name basis lol.
