$169 is a great price for that! It's really cute! But I agree with hawki, if you have a lot of stuff to put there, it could easily look cluttered.

Okay, I'm leaning back toward the Sauder one from Lowes. Best Buy says it can accommodate a 46" TV.

Haha, no, I agree. I just wonder how the width of the combined unit would spread out over a corner. : )
I read some reviews - a few ppl had issues with scratches and crap while assembling.

DH had a ~4 foot entertainment center caddy corner in his old apartment, and it looked good, so it can be done.
At least Lowe's has a really good return policy in case you get a bum one.
