No, seriously, is it? With the heat hitting record highs and Con Ed doing a bang-up job as usual, is anyone experiencing electricity outages? Brown outs? Anyone on voltage reduction? I know that neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Queens are affected.

My neighbor said she thought she was having a brown out (her lights seemed a bit dim).
