I was editing a lecture given by some ladies who were talking about how bad processed food is and I know that some of us are intrested in buying more organic and less processed foods.
I love that they talk about Cannal Junction! ?I've been buying their cheese for two years and it's hands down the BEST CHEESE EVER! ?I actually talked to the lady a little bit about raw milk and joining the herd share program next year. ?I'm still not sure because we don't typically eat a lot of beef nor drink milk, but according to these ladies we should be.
(I already use *gasp* real unsalted butter on everything...hehe)?
?
This is a link off the woman's website that lists a bunch of stores and farms (one's I'd never heard of!!)

Re: Interesting food lecture
Have you been finding lectures to attend to fill your requirement?
yes and no. ?We'll make it...but we'll be squeeking! hehe I think we are only 2 or 3 over and we wanted to be 10 or 15 over to make sure since stuff gets lost in the shuffle sometimes.
?
Canal Junction is down at farmers market. ?Brian, the?cheese maker?is awesome! ?Usually it's him or a family member selling it. ?It's all delish! I get my?gruyere?there because it melts down for gooey goodness for fondue.
