Re: Facebook abusers
I only have one person that posts scripture/prayer/love of Jesus stuff. It's someone I used to travel with for work- I worked for one company, she for another, but we were on the same speaking circuit so I saw her a lot. Back then, she once said to me that she was shocked that I had a handback with a "gypsy"/psychic & ouija board on it- that her H would NEVER allow such a thing. I had no idea why and felt like an idiot for not knowing (damn heathens), so I didn't ask.
Haven't spoke to her since 2003, found her on FB- I really liked her. Friended her, and I see she pretty much posts daily religious/god/lord/rev run quotes/thoughts/etc. I don't hide her because I've never known anyone in real life that into religion/faith before so it's sort of a novelty to me for now.
She even posts what uplifting christian music she's boogeying to while cleaning the house.
I hate that the Mary Kay/Pampered Chef people also seem to think that they can claim that its a legitimate business. Like "Started my own business today! please check out my website- www.delusional.marykay.com!" You didn't start Mary Kay, for christs sake.
I have a FB friend who is constantly posting the vague, poor me statuses and once a month or so announces shes quitting FB so that people will tell her how much they'd miss her if she did.
My favorite is a girl a few years younger than me thats a friend of my brothers. She posts these AMAZING train wreck filthy house pictures- her 2 year old playing on a dirty floor with a couple butter knives scattered on the floor, him strapped into his high chair (a doll one, not a real one) with a bungee cord, him licking a pedegg while climbing dresser drawers next to a bed with no sheets, etc. Also constantly says nasty things about how irritating he is, calls him names. A few weeks back she was blowing up my news feed because someone called DSS on her and she couldnt figure out why.
