What is the best place/inexpensive place to have your locks re-keyed?

Re: Locks re-keyed?
A suggestion might be to forgo having the locks rekeyed and just buy new locks. Its fairly expensive to have them rekeyed.
We ran into a situation recently where we would need this done and it was outrageous. We ended up going to Home Depot and got 4 locks (2 deadbolts and 2 handle locks) all in the same package for $30. They came w/ 4 keys that are all the same and work all of the locks. It took us 20 mins to install all 4 items. GL!
