I am so sorry. I figure that by now you took the med, and I hope you aren't in too much pain.
If you need a place to talk, the adoption board on the bump is full of ladies who have IF, and who have grieved and are healing. They might be able to provide some support with a little more prospective.

I took the pills, the cramping so far isn't too bad, but it's wierd how quickly it all starts. I just plan to hang out on the couch for the rest of the day.
