Weekend plans?
We are heading to Michigan tomorrow with my folks for vacation. Maggie is very excited, she keeps talking about the beach. We are ready for a break after a busy couple of weeks. Going to hit up some wineries, play on the beach, eat lots of ice cream, and just relax.

We had a busy weekend last weekend and have one coming up next week so we're just going to chill around the house. My brother is coming to visit tomorrow.
Other than that, nothing exciting is going on. I will probably be finalizing my lesson plans and making sure I have all of my handouts and everything ready to go for classes to begin next week.

It's going to be hot this weekend, so I'm probably going to hide in the basement as much as possible.
I'm supposed to go to a crawfish festival with a friend tomorrow. I've never had crawfish before.
Mr. Spiderman actually suggested we go to a movie this weekend to get out of the heat. This leads me to believe that my husband was replaced by a pod person, but I'm okay with that because the pod person will take me to a movie. If we go, we'll probably see Inception or Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. I'd prefer to see the latter. I'm ridiculously excited for it.

Tomorrow is full up with errands and house stuff, then I'm getting my hair cut and F is taking me out to dinner for my birthday.
Sunday Fran is playing golf, I'm going on a 50 mile bike ride, and Ian is spending the day at the beach house. Sunday night is dinner at an oyster bar.
Very little planned this weekend. Relaxing, trying to get Miles better (he's got a bad cold right now), and doing some errands.

We are doing a little memorial service thingy for my H's dad tomorrow morning. His dad passed away 11 years ago, but his friends try to make a point to honor him in some way periodically. We are taking a walk to where his ashes were spread. They haven't done this since before my H and I started dating, so a bunch of people are going. I'm strangely excited for it.
It is a little hike up a mountain. Andy and I will probably go as far as his little feet can take him, and then we will find some rocks and sticks for him to play with until everybody comes back down.
My H's friend's band is playing tomorrow night, so he will go to that, and I will watch girlie TV and not have to hear how awful it is while doing so (yay!).
Sunday, we are going to a 2 year olds b-day party.
in ft. worth? we will be nearby.
Saturday I have a massage at 10 AM and then H and I are putting together nursery furniture and organizing house stuffs.
Sunday we have our first childbirthing class from 1-4:30 and then I'm working as "Beer Biitch" at the town's festival (my mom's on the commission) that evening.
Edit: I'm such a MRF I can double post an hour apart.

My mom, sister, and niece are all coming this evening. My mom and niece will be here for two weeks, my sister for one week. We don't have any actual plans for what to do while they're here, but I imagine there will be a lot of eating and game playing and passing around the baby. And my sister has promised Will that she'll take him and my niece on lots of walks to the playground while she's here.

The WI state fair is AMAZING for food. It has their own dairy section (of course) and they produce their own cream puffs on site with the fresh milk. The cream puffs are amazing, not to mention their assorted deep fried items and food-on-a-stick items.
We'll be working a wedding tomorrow night. My roofers are replacing a portion of the roof above my Ballroom where the dance floor sits (the building is a U shape above the room). I am praying that they finish today because we are expecting rain tonight and possibly tomorrow on top of 115 heat index. It's making me nervous.
Sunday is recoup and cleaning. We are supposed to get a cold front and mid to high 80's. I might bypass cleaning for a trip to the zoo with the kids. We have not been yet this year.
I am going out for tacos and enchiladas tonight and I can't seem to focus on anything past that. I have a joint bachelor/bachelorette party tomorrow night I think. Maybe I will make out with someone.
I have a cookout to go to on Sunday, and I am deliriously excited that next week is a 3 day work week for me.
For less then ten cents a day, you can feed a hungry child.
I grew up in Milwaukee and used to work at the State Fair at the taffy booth as a teenager. My parents volunteered at the foster parent booth, which was very close to the cream puffs. They were to die for. Ah, memories.

Iowa State Fair on Sunday if we still have any energy.
Tonight I'm going to my mom's for a bit, after she gets back from whale watching and graving with a friend from OOT. Otherwise, really just organizin' stuff in my spiffy new orange boxes. I'm pretty pumped about them.
Probably order some pizza at some point. I have been seriously jonesing for mozz sticks for, like, two weeks. No matter how many I have, I want more.
Husbands should be like Kleenex: Soft, strong, and disposable.
Tonight Heith is going to his buddy's house for a man date. The best part is that the guy's wife is gone visiting friends for a few days, so he's taking care of their 8 month old little girl solo. So it'll be two men and a baby doing man things tonight.
I was supposed to have a slow pitch game, but the diamonds are too wet. Boo. So I'm watching the meteor shower with my little sister.
I'm so pumped for tomorrow. Heith and I are having an all day date. Sleeping in a little, going to shoot hoops in the afternoon. Clean up, go out for a fancy supper, and then we have tickets to see Michael Buble.
Going to meet my parents at the bar later. Haven't seen my mom in a few weeks and I really miss her.
Tomorrow I work. I might not and buy a car instead.
Sunday will be watching the Bengals/Broncos preseason game and cleaning the house for the party we will be having next weekend for my birthday.
Is that still going on tonight? I thought I missed it! Oooh, I hope it's not too cloudy tonight.
Oh, and Shamwow, the feeling is mutual.
