  • I LOVE my paraguard. I'm 5 months in and so glad I did it. I am still getting major cramps and heavier bleeding, but I used to get no cramps and very light/irregular periods so I'm probably a big old wuss about it.

    Aside from the birthday vagina massacre of '10. That shiit was just not right, yo.

  • Moo, how did it work at PP? I want an IUD so bad, but my insurance doesn't cover it. Was is super expensive?
  • My insurance covered it but if I remember my bill correctly (they sent an itemized one) it wasn't THAT bad. Few hundred for the IUD itself, maybe $150 for insertion. I know they'll work with you, too, on making it fit in your budget. Everyone at the one I went to was supernice and positive and willing to help any way they could.
