As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I didn't get a chance to respond to your post yesterday, and I haven't read all of the replies yet in this one, but I just wanted to send a TON of Nestie mortgage dust to you. I have my fingers, toes, and eyes crossed that this all works out for you guys!
Jan, I'm just reading your posts now. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you! If you can't get an equity line to cover the difference on your own, maybe do you have someone who could cosign for you/Shawn?
I know how much these last-minute problems in house closings hurt. We came THISCLOSE to not getting our house because of a problem with our old house. Hang in there and hopefully things will work in your favor.
