has anyone here tried accupuncture/pressure for anything ever? i'm looking into it as a way of dealing with my PCOS and also weight loss, so i'm curious as to other people's experiences. i know it doesn't hurt (the needles, i mean), but did it work for you?

Re: curious...
I did accupuncture for my shoulder and it help a whole lot! Its not painful. Go for it is so worth it. I know some people don't like it but it didn't mind it at all. I still have problems with my should its not near as bad as it use to be!
