  YAY! the machine Dh has been working on is finally done. It's his friends who needs it to teach one of his classes. I now have a $50 bill get pretty warm in my back pocket. yeah, I have it because said friend gave it to me knowing DH wouldn't take it from him. He was right. Now, Try to control self engage will power....

  I just want to send a shout out to my lucky stars...

  H's phone started acting up last week, so he got a new one a few days ago. 

  My phone stopped receiving texts today.  After working on it with Verizon all day, they determined that there is something wrong with my phone.  Since it's still under warranty, they are sending me a new one.

  The warranty expires on both of them tomorrow.   Thank goodness they screwed up this week rather than next week!

  I would have. The original date I wanted to get married was Oct 1st 2010 so when it is abbreviated it would look like 10/01/10. I thought it would be fun because it would be binary code which is the base language for computers and DH is a Computer tech. I'm a dork.

  I think you could have had a lot of fun with binary code themed decorations and favors!  (I'm a dork too.)

  Thanks Kasa, I thought so too, but at the time DH looked at me like I was having some sort of stroke or something. I mean it only took him 9 years and 46 weeks to ask me, plus the 15 minutes he spent convincing me he really was asking. I think he expect that I would want to do it the next day. Silly Boy!

  LOL!  My husband wanted to get married quickly after we were engaged too.  He proposed at the end of May and suggested that we get married that fall.  Yeah... I pushed it back to the following fall (and seriously considered pushing it even further to winter so that I could have a winter wonderland themed wedding).

  lol, I think after I finally believed him and there was a moment of silence he said " I'm free tomorrow if you want." and smiled. He too wanted that fall, but I told him there was no way I could put a wedding together in less than 9 months.

  I actually heard that that deal is off, which makes me a little bummed.

  Thanks to all the post about dish washing machine, I cleaned mine, not only with vinegar but got on my hands & knees and took about the bottom screen area to discover shrimp tail shells, peas, and a flip top to a can of pop. Not cool Dude, NOT COOL.
