In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Re: you guys..
I've been in a compass session for the past two days, which means our project team sits in a room together and we tells each other what we suck at (and what we're good at, but no one remembers that, right?). It's supposed to improve our working relationship, but I think it's the getting drunk together at night that does that.
I refrained from murdering my nemesis, so I consider it a rousing success.
