I didn't have a specific source, I saw them multiple places (as I said in my blog) and made them. You didn't cite a source either and I saw several blogs with them before you posted in 2009. And I don't believe they just "popped into your head" either.

I honestly don't know the first place I saw them, but I have been seeing them every Halloween for a few years.

I always cite my source if I have one and I am sorry that you think that I stole your idea. I am not trying to upset anyone.

I had NEVER seen these before I made them. And I was pretty fvcking proud of myself for coming up with an 'original' even though it used box cake mix. True story. But since you've seen them so many places why not just site one to cover your ass and prevent people from feeling this way? Eh, it's fine. It's the internet. Sh!t happens.

I'm just bitter because I rarely have an idea of my own and it hurts my feelings a little when I don't get credit. Don't worry, you're not the first WC nestie

Oh geez, come on. That's just being passive aggressive and I really hate that. You're better than that, I'm better than that.

I was, again, simply stating that your original post (which you may have changed, I haven't looked at your blog since) did not site a source. We all know this is a big faux pas so I asked you about it candidly. I think that's much more respectful than posting a nasty-gram or turning it into an issue.

I don't think there is any harm in that. You're being terribly too defensive. I didn't create a whole new post and say what a terrible, horrible person you are (because duh, I don't think that!). I just made a comment that I thought was just and valid. And I still do.

Please don't talk down to me with the "doll" thing. If you scroll up in the AB post you will notice that I said "doll" to someone else for something quite nice. I wasn't being condescending to her, nor to you.

I think it's hilarious that you're arguing over the source of a BOXED CUPCAKE recipe. You opened packages and mixed them together with food coloring - not really what I would think of as a great 'original' idea.

So. MJ is in a tizzy because she and multiple other nesties have made these, and they were covered somewhere, yet MJ had absolutely seen them nowhere else before SHE made them. MJ is in a tizzy because OBVIOUSLY PAGAS HAS MEMORIZED HER BLOG and didn't cite her, but yet when Pagas gives a random example of another blog that has the recipie, MJ tizzies more about the fact that she is now expected to know and cite every random blog that has it?
