Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Microwave cleaning?
I try to keep the inside of our microwave clean, but yesterday I noticed a couple baked-on items on the inside. I've heard that there is a way to loosen them with water and something else (maybe lemon juice?) heated up in the microwave. Can someone please clarify/explain to me how to do it? TIA!

I do the same thing. I just microwave it until it starts bubbling a little, and then wipe down the inside with a damp cloth. Sometimes I put a few drops of vanilla extract in it to make it smell good, but it's not necessary. Works like a charm!
they have an article on the nest about it and you can heat the water mixed with clear vanilla so it smells good. i use it all the time
