Working way too much (started this morning @6:30am... and I won't be getting out before 4pm.. maybe not till 5).
Bought DH a new (to us) car.
Sleeping very little.
1. I'm going to St. Lucia in 15 days and I'm so freakin' excited!
2. I took a test last week that I had been spending a buttload of my free time studying for and am so freakin' excited to have free time again!
3. I haven't done any of my Christmas shopping, I think I might start this weekend, and I am so freakin' excited (not really, but felt I should follow the theme).
DH & I played a "couples" computer game last night called Bliss, and died laughing at the cheesiness of it.
I finally gave in and turned on the heat, but only to 65.
Just finished watching Season 3 of Dexter, now about to start reading the book series.
2006 Dodge Magnum R/T w/ a 5.7L HEMI.... he's in bliss.
I'm very much looking forward to Thanksgiving and having some time off.
DH and I are continuing to do home projects.... we're finishing up a kitchen backsplash.
I'm still looking for a new job... one day it will happen. I'm still hopeful.
I am now officially a CPA candidate and trying to enjoy my social life before it goes away in January when I start taking prep classes for the exam.
I got a promotion at work!
I got DH to agree to letting me redecorate our bedroom last night and I can't wait for it to be finished!

All the job/work stuff sounds awesome - can't believe you'll be done your MBA soon too, that's great!
What are your plans (color scheme/inspiration) for the bedroom?
1. I'm going to San Francisco for a conference in a few weeks. I'm very excited!
2. I've been sick for about six weeks now. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired!
3. DH and I have gotten hooked on The League. Anybody else watching it?

My Dad died in July and Mom moved in with us, oh joy, oh rapture, oh bliss!
I was diagnosed at 35 y.o. with Rheumetoid Arthritis and can't get meds until I can get a TB test and basically sterilize myself.
The good...
My upstairs is going to be completed into 2 bedrooms and a bathroom!
I made a new post to explain my vision since it ended up being pretty long! But I'd love to hear any opinions!

We are building a bonfire tonight and I'm pretty pumped about it!
I went to The Melting Pot last night for the first time and I don't know what all the fuss is about? It's way overpriced, too time consuming and I really didn't think it was all that good. The only thing I really liked was dessert.
Oh BoxerMommy, I'm sorry the past 6 months have been so tough . What a wonderful daughter you are for letting your mom live with you, I hope she appreciates your kindness! I hope you're able to find relief from your RA soon, sounds like the meds are really serious.
Tomorrow at 6 am we're starting the drive to Colorado with two bunnies in a regular cab pickup truck.
I'm really excited, but I've been crying on and off the last two days because my whole family is here.
If DH gives me one more of his "rules for travel" we might be divorcing when we get to Colorado.
(Not really on that last one, but for heaven's sake! I'm not a five year old!)
Oh, do share. These sound valuable
The first he gave me was, no stopping for pictures.
The second was that I couldn't start drinking water (or any liquid) until the gas tank was down to 1/4.
The most recent was that if he I'm reading and he gets bored driving and wants to talk to me I'm not allowed to tell him to shut up. I actually think this one is fair, but I also think he should let me get to the end of whatever chapter I'm on.
I stopped listening after the water drinking rule, so there may be more that I don't know about. I'm sure he'll add some as we're driving down the road.
Your roadtrip is going to be so much fun, shoe! Wonder if DH would change his mind if you tell him you're considering picking up some sexy panties to accommodate his rules.
Ha! That's an idea. Although it has potential to backfire on me. He might say that's actually a good idea and then suggest that I double up, just in case.
I have been incredibly lazy.
We are waiting on the FINAL approval from DH's work for our move to Portland.
I'm currently avoiding doing chores.
TTC starts in January. Yikes!

Parents are getting divorced and I'm not looking forward to the Holidays
After 12 months of trying I'm still not pregnant. (Dr. appt next month)
I'm completely rethinking my career choice of teaching.
I can't wait until the holidays.
We are trying to decide if we should buy a house. One day I think we should, then I read something or debate it and think we should continue to rent.
DH will hopefully be finished with grad school this semester. He is done with classes, he just needs his committee to approve his paper.
We had a group meeting at work this week to discuss policies/procedures/etc looking for positive feedback and constructive criticism. Our thoughts were collected and pass up the food chain. Now we just have to wait and see if anything changes for the better.
- I got to play in the snow in Ohio this weekend
- I am making great progress on my EMS Carreer
- I want to/plan to take a 2 weeks vacation to Turkey next year to see all my old friends and family
I went to NY this past weekend for one of my friend's weddings--even though the food was boring, the DJ was good and I had a great time seeing all my old buds.
I'm both looking forward to Thanksgiving--and dreading it at the same time. Both sets of parents are coming down and staying with us for 6 days--thankfully they all get along well, but usually I need a break after all that!

I have crazy conferences next week for work.
I'm pregnant
