Crying at work as I read this. There are no words to express my heartache over this.

Emily, I am so sorry for your loss. This is so heartbreaking, there are literally not words. You and Sean stay strong through this together. I will be praying for you and your whole family.

I wasn't on this weekend and just checked in and found the post below and this post. My heart broke when I read this.

Dear lord, I don't know what to say. I am shocked and extremely saddened that she lost her precious angels.
I will keep them in my prayers....
I was off and on the Nest all weekend b/c I had my own scare Saturday. I had no clue what was going on over on the August board until this morning. I am trying not to lose it here at work
5lbs 9 oz, 18.5 inches long
6 months: 16lbs 15 oz, 27 inches long
