All these people came on here & could only talk about my gramar sentence structure ect. I keep my comments to myself I dont go around insulting people acting like I am better than others Actually I had an extensive edu with even a B in French. That was a post that I never posted & I reposted from Craigslist to here years ago, which shows the frustration people are in those situations. Its like uh sorry if I am on here at 6:30 in the morning goofing around & dont have to edit a post from years ago, Thought if someone saw that it would make thier day better if they have inlaw issues check out this one. I suggest some of u get out of the house & get a real social life & talk to real people about your issues, perhaps a marriage councelor since everyone is a know it all. Stop acting like judgmental Bitties, all I can say about inlaws if u have problems with them thank god u didnt marry them. Im not to impressed with THE NEST messadge boards its to like Jerry Springer if I wanted talk shows & arragance I would wathc T.V. so enjoy your programming. Seeing all that made my day alot better, I do have a life, I dont waste my time submitting useless comments to garabage that people read & say. If that person needed some grammar classes then some of u need charm school or eti classes. TaTa. FYI only dont need to respond just a statement. Im not beligerant like some of those people that felt it was thier duty to be the grammar police. People are on here cause they like to gossip. Signed Gone shopping.
Re: whoever commented on bad gramar & sentence structure blah blah
A few things to think about.
Using proper grammar is actually doing a favor to everyone else - especially those you are asking for help from. Poorly written posts (like yours) are hard to read and often times don't get read, or do but w/ annoyance. And then that annoyance is going to come out through our responses.
You want our help? Then you can be gracious enough to make your posts easy to read.
Second, I don't consider myself a grammar guru. However, as I am educated, I know how to write, AND I'm using a full keyboard, there is absolutely no reason not to write properly.
I can also distinguish between spelling/grammar mistakes that are from writing too fast and not taking time to edit (because I know I do it at times), vs just very poor writing skills.
To claim you are educated then to write like this? Uh yeah, I'm not buying it.
If you know how to write properly, then writing properly should be 2nd nature. Not something that falls to the wayside because you're tired, or "just dont' feel like it", etc.

Oooo, a "B" in French?! What does that have to do with proper English grammar (not gramar), anyhow?
Oh, and it's "etc," which stands for etcetera.
I was going to ask if French is her first language.
HAHAH this one isn't better. Extensive edu? To what the 2nd grade?
I dont waste my time submitting useless comments
Apparently you do my dear, in fact you waste your time submitting hard to read, unstructured statements.
I was actually cringing for you when put forth 'proof' of education and couldn't even spell the word in its entirety.
If anything, being called out on your grammar/spelling should encourage you to take a closer look at it. If you post on message board, text, email or write letters then I encourage you to go back to basics as your grammar really is terrible.
Honestly I think you just proved everyone right.
This.
Hey , we all can get caught up in the moment when we're blogging and not realize that we've mispelled something, or clicked "post" before spell check, that's totally no big deal. But, when your sentences don't make sense, or if key words are completely misused, it makes the reader go "Say what?"...so in the future, just reread your post before you submit...no harm no foul, and will only help you out in the long run.
As for the name calling of the folks who post on this site, I know you didn't mean half of it - think before you type. You may need some of these lovely folks again...and soon.
Cheer up and have a good day.
Actually I had an extensive edu
You're welcome.
And now... an extensive education is not evidenced by a B in French. I got As in French... and in pretty much everything else. And then I got a Bachelor's degree from a good university and a Juris Doctorate from a good law school. I still wouldn't call my education "extensive." High school French doesn't mean a thing.
It's actually not a matter of anyone being the grammar police, it's a matter of communicating effectively. You don't. Your writing is nearly incomprehensible, and what you say therefore becomes utterly worthless.
In fact, with this post, the story is even more confusing. The earlier post was something you found on Craigslist?! Something you once, long ago, posted on Craigslist? As what? A vent? A listing? Asking for what, exactly? And why wouldn't you say that it was an old story and didn't need resolution?

Thank you for this post. No, really. There's so much fodder here which was probably never intended and just adds to the hilarity.
Are you shopping at Barnes & Noble?
I'm still confused about that. Does Craigslist have message boards? Or did she post that under a classified ad?
... Maybe trying to sell her BIL? lol, or find a hit man?
Or someone to take the refrigerator that doesn't work well... only I'm still not clear whether that's her fridge, her BIL's fridge, or a fridge that BIL left abandoned on her front lawn.
Maybe she's hoping someone will pick through BIL's trash and remove all the crap from his lawn? Of course, I'm still trying to figure out why OP is so concerned with the way BIL does(n't) keep his property.

K, I'm going to be mean.
I think the OP's post above was a GBCN post.
You know...
"Goodby crewl nest."
Yes, ladies she didn't know how to spell the comlpete word.
This!
"I had an extensive edu"
Really? Are you sure? Because if you have, I think you need to demand a refund because you sure as heck didn't get anything out of it.
Quite frankly, it's because I don't want to waste my time on giving you advice if you're too dumb to actually understand it. And poor grammar, spelling, sentence structure leads me to believe that you're not the brightest bulb in the box.

It's just this simple:
When you communicate in a written medium, expect people to judge your writing.
If you can't make yourself understood, expect people to ask for clarification and to offer suggestions as to how you might make yourself more comprehensible.
