WWCND?
One of my friends keeps Ethan the three days a week that I work. We were friends before this arrangement, and we regularly do things with her and her husband, but we don't usually exchange any sort of Christmas gift.
If she was a non-friend sitter or a daycare worker, I would be getting her a Christmas bonus/gift, so I want to do something. I just don't want them to feel like they are then obligated to get us something since we're all friends. I want so somehow make it clear that this is a "Thank you for being so amazing with my kid" present.
Am I over thinking this?
