We're going to be homeowners :)
So we saw this cool house on Monday. Made an offer on Wednesday. Weren't expecting to hear anything til tomorrow, but the agent called at 6 p.m. tonight to say our offer was accepted. The seller didn't even counter. Yea! Cross your fingers that the rest of it goes smoothly because this has been far too easy.
It's a three-bedroom, two-bath house with a big backyard with lots of mature trees, a fireplace and a cute little deck off the master bedroom. And it's in a great part of town and within our budget. So excited.

My favorite place on earth: The Amargosa Valley.

That is so exciting! Congrats and good luck with the rest of the process!
Congrats!
I hope to join the same rankings as you some day..:-)
Congrats congrats! I hope that the ease of the offer is foreshadowing of how the whole process is going to go!
Can't wait to see more photos!

Thanks guys.
Thanks, A. I know you will be soon!
Yup. How could you tell? (No sidewalks?)
Nah, there's lots of areas with no sidewalks (Sunnyside). It was more that I knew you were looking there. Actually the yard and style of house made me think it might be in NW Fresno. Although the trees probably wouldn't be that old/big.
