Re: Friday Randoms
I wouldn't be surprised if my baby had a tooth or two by the end of the weekend with the way she is acting.
I haven't been feeling well the last week or so, almost pregnant-like. I took a test, it was negative. Even though, I am sure I am done with babies, I was a little bummed.
My husband had a vasectomy today. He was the last appointment of the day. We left the office in GR at 5pm. Got to Nunica to pick up the girls from my parents around 5:45. Dropped off his prescription in Fruitport at 6. Ran home to Muskegon to feed E and get her in bed. Feed S, since she isnt a fan of formula and maybe drank an ounce while at my parents. Ran back to Meijer with S to pick up the prescription and a few other things, The Dr didn't sign the prescription, so they couldn't fill it, and have to wait for the Dr to call them back, which will probably be Monday. Pretty sure the only thing that sucks more than having a vasectomy, is having one and not having anything stronger than tylenol in the house. I want to feel bad for him but I had 2 csections, I don't think he hurts that bad, but I had drugs too.
My husband got a job. His position was eliminated a year ago, so he upped his credits so he could graduate from law school early. He was supposed to graduate this past term, and take the bar in Feb., he got burnt out and dropped 2 classes, so now he has classes on Wed next term, so he is working full time too. Graduation in May bar exam in July now. Hopefully, we will beable to save up for a down payment and move this spring/summer too. So we are "window" shopping for houses too. Very excited about that
P&P:
1.) Wouldn't it been a little ironic if you found out you were PG the day DH got snipped?
2.) I hate it when DR can't write the RX right. The last 2x I've had to get a RX written for Step-Son they messed it up. GRRRR.
3.) Congrats on DH's new job! What is he doing, other than law school?
4.) Window shopping. A few of us on here do that with houses. I like to keep an eye for the house for sale on my street to see how low they will go right now. Are you thinking of staying in Nunica ?
1. I know, right!
3. He is just working sales, at Sprint. This is the 3rd time he has worked there. He was the phone technician back when he worked there before and his job was eliminated.
4. DH would really like to stay out of Ottawa County. We are looking in the Twin Lake, North Muskegon, Holton, Ravenna areas. We living in Muskegon now, but on the outskirts of all the recent violence. I can actually see the off ramp that the shooting occured on 31 from my backyard. Our neighborhood is quiet, and we have pretty decent neighbors, just not sure what the future holds, and we would like to be a little further out, some land, more room, etc. I would love to live in Nunica though. I grew up there, and love the area. I alway have. DH is not on that boat though.
