Re: POOKS

  • Thanks ladies!!!

I am also so paranoid about telling family early. I really think I need to stay off my month board I feel as if there are multiple goodbyes every day, they really have freaked me out a bit.

I will be sure to let you all know how it goes too.

That is a hard decision to make -- I think it depends on your comfort level with the people you tell. For me, I knew that I might m/c or lose a twin but I chose to tell close family while we waited for results anyway, b/c it would feel like they wouldn't know about a major part of my life if I never told them (I know that the experience changed me, so it would be like they didn't know me). I also wanted to share my joy and knew they'd be supportive if I had to share my loss. Sounds like your MIL is not that person in your life, but the other guests at the dinner party are? It's so hard to put it out there for people, but you'll know if it's the right time! Go with an open mind and see if it comes out.

    You need to share!

The video is on youtube but it's private. If you have an acct, tell me your username and I'll send it to you. If you don't have an acct, it takes about 2 seconds to create one. Let me know if you wanna see it.

Scott thinks maybe I am worrying a bit too much since it will be 11 weeks on Sunday and initially I was the one that said okay lets tell but now I am wavering that maybe one more week would be better. Now I just don't know I want really do not want my MIL to be aware of anything if we have any issues. ugh.

Thanks for the input, I really appreciate it I feel sort of like I am driving Scott nuts talking about it.
