Blerg, that sucks, Sparrow. So pointless and so unbelievably stupid.
Sam, as I recall from when I was working with a children's festival here, Lois' husband fell ill some years ago, so she retired to stay home with him.
When Sharon and Bram were here for the festival, I got to go up on stage with them and sing the Elephant song and I was almost peeing myself I was so excited.
I was like, 22.
That is a very tragic story, I am sorry.
Maybe I am missing something, is there a reason you would not go to the vigil?
I wouldn't feel too bad. I'm sure they hit the sauce a little hard now and then.
God, I hope my posting doesn't break the nest again. I couldn't live with myself...
I've been so busy today! It seems that everyone has decided they MUST get work projects done by year end and have designated today as the day to finish (or start and finish) those projects. What they fail to understand is that I'm taking tomorrow off, come hell or high water. Sorry dudes.
Sparrow, what a sad story. I'm sorry, and I definitely would go tonight. This is the second time in two days I've heard of people using a hair dryer in bed. It was on TLC last night as a strange addiction.
I am sure they do too. I did love seeing them when i was a kid.
Yeah, I'm dealing with that too. One of the marketing directors decided he needed to use up some dollars yesterday and reprint a bunch of marketing collateral. Thank god our printers are good about it and was able to invoice us the same day. What a pain in the arse though.

That really sucks, Sparrow. I know it will be tough but I'd go.
I watched the same show as November last night and the whole time I wanted to yell at the woman for doing something so stupid and dangerous.
Earlier today the details weren't clear. All we knew was that her friends were organizing something tonight via facebook. I also didn't know if there was going to be a more formal memorial service or funeral. But I am going tonight and I think some of the other teachers and counselors as well. It will be hard, but I think it will help make Monday a little easier.
November, I saw the same thing about strange addictions and I remember thinking what a stupid thing that was.
