Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Just wanted to say for those of you who don't keep in touch with FB that its been real...I really enjoyed being your moderator for the two years and want to thank you for making wedding planning so much fun and exciting!!! I really hope to keep in touch with most of you on FB and hope you'll all post and update on our group page there

I know, I have hesitated saying what I feel on here a ton of times because I know if my opinion isn't what some people here like to hear I am accused of being "catty" and "snarky." I'm gonna stick around for a little longer just because I'm curious to see how everything pans out, but it stinks that you are leaving because the less people on here who aren't afraid to say what they feel, the less lame this board will be.
The way you stated your opinion today wasn't even offensive, I can't imagine how some people who were so angry about it react when faced with real life abrasive issues. And no, I'm not starting anything with anyone right now...again, just my opinion and some of you may not like it but I'm sorry that's life.
Or perhaps that means that 33 people saw your post, were not in your fb click, and decided to ignore your post for the drama that it is.

...or they have better things to do than respond to obvious bids for attention...seriously, who posts something like this, sticks around to count the responses, and THEN throws a fit about how there's not enough people giving fuel to the fire?
For what it's worth, which I realize isn't much, I always thought you were pretty cool, and I still do. You have been an asset to the board, and I've always enjoyed your posts. I just think going to these lengths over something so small that it should have been less than a blip on the radar is really uncalled for. If it's really bad enough that you feel you have to leave, then by all means, go. No one's forcing you here against your will. But there's no need to throw gas on the fire on your way out the door.

Ummm maybe b/c I want to see who I'm not FB friends with and want to keep in touch with?? And its not a bid for attention...its saying goodbye. Why would I leave a board I'm been active on since 2008 without saying anything???

I have no problem with you saying good bye to the board, it was the way you said it. Like PP I think you did a good job modding on the knot, and thank you for you taking on that role.

Sorry to see you go. We weren't very close on TK but I always valued your opinions and ideas. You were always a great help and so friendly. It just stinks that it went down the way it did. I would say see you on FB but you didn't accept the request a long time ago (probably because I forgot to say my sn). I wish you the best and you will be missed

Wow, apparently I missed a lot this weekend (haven't been on TN since Thurs). But Liz, as the other posts stated, you were a wonderful moderator on TK. You're wedding turned out beautiful and I wish you the best.
That being said, my request to join 10-10ers group on FB never accepted, so I prob won't see you on FB.
