I need some creative ideas..help!
It's time I start to blog. I've been wanting to do it for ages but just haven't jumped in yet. I need a name! We talked about it before but that was when I wanted to do a personal blog. I'm looking at this as (hopefully - at some point) an opportunity to make some money and flex my writing skills. It'll be mostly cooking, design and kid stuff (design, food, ect.) I guess technically it'll be a "Mom blog" so anything that incorporates that would be good too. Any ideas?
I was thinking:
Sometimes Savory (but that sounds like sometimes it's awful - could be true!)
Sort of Salty (cause, you know, I can be pretty salty? - ugh)
Everything I come up w/ is LAME. Help!

Instead of focusing on the food part, what about thinking towards the mom part? Maybe something like the "Rambling of a NY mom". and then subtitle it with "recipes, kids, crafts, and whatever the hell else i feel like"
If you use blogger you can have both the title and subtitle showing.
I know that wasn't creative but maybe if you go in that direction you'll come up with something more clever?
Erin, do you live in the woods? I thought you did. If so, we could play on that.

I like it! A lot.
My onnnnnly hesitation is that my first impression is that it would be a blog about having to deal with the drama of a small town, not necessarily your own family drama. BUT, if you use a subtitle, you'll get that point across. I also love the rhyme!

i think that city mama, country drama would lead me to believe that you currently live in the city. does that make sense? i am still trying to think of a catchy name . . .
when we updated our blog, it took us ages to come up with a name we both liked!
I'm right behind ya coming up with a name...Starting a blog is on my winter lay-off to do list...
I love the city mouse country house idea...and with a great bi-line I think it covers all the bases of what you are going to write about...
