MISSMOLLY

Re: MISSMOLLY

  • I happen to like Carys, but I think I would prefer it spelled "Caris".  This is a character in a book I'm now reading.  Carys is also the name of one of Catherine Zeta Jones' kids.

A name I want to use if I ever have a girl, but don't think I can (because my H sucks) is Kara.  After Kara Thrace.  Yes, I'm a nerd.

I'm not a fan of Elise.  Jillian makes me think of the bachelorette, and that's not a good thing.

  • If I were to have lots more girls I'd probably name one of them Harper, just because To Kill a Mockingbird is one of my favorites.

I love this. (I just finished watching it this weekend and am so sad it's over.)

I loved Harper until I came to know I kid named Harper.  I hate when that happens.

  • I know a chick who named her kid "Carys". I'm not a fan, personally.
  • Mashed is wise, Colleen is an excellent name :)  I love the name Claire, the only girl name we love, in fact.

Of your choices, I like Jillian, Emily, and Sofia. Like Sam, I try not to worry too much about the middle name since you don't really use it, but you have to be able to yell it easily!

Me too!  I mean, if I were to have any girls.  I love Harper.

Cali, the Caryn I know is like 37 so I assume that name came before the yuneeque trend.

  • How about Katniss?

Corinne will always be an infamous name-dropping knottie of yore to me.

  • I actually use his middle name a lot, but it's more a pet name than something I actually intend other people to call him.

  • What about Amelia? I love the name Amelia and it sounds good with Lee Ann.
  • I'm part of the few who like Carys.

    I also like Sophia.

  • I went to school with a Charis (Kuh-reese). I liked the name, but she's kind of a twatwaffle.

"The meek shall inherit the earth" isn't about children. It's about deer. We're all going to get messed the fuckup by a bunch of cloned super-deer.- samfish2bcrab

Sometimes I wonder if scientists have never seen a sci-fi movie before. "Oh yes, let's create a super species of deer. NOTHING COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG." I wonder if State Farm offers a Zombie Deer Attack policy. -CaliopeSpidrman
  • How about Penelope Guinevere?  I know it's not the middle name you want, but I'm hoping that if someone else takes the name, then my husband will stop insisting that it be our girl name (when that time comes, don't go gettin any ideas anyone).  So, you should definitely take that name.
