Where did you go on your first date with your husband? We ate at Baja Fresh (there?s a story there) and saw Lewis Black perform.

What is your husband?s best quality? He is loyal and diplomatic. He?s just one of those really trustworthy, caring, upstanding people.
If you could pick one place to visit in the world, where would you go? I?ve been thinking about this a lot lately (for obvious reasons). I?m always changing my mind, but right now I?d say Greece. This totally different from where I?d want to live with DH?s job though. Nowhere in Europe is going to be on the top of that list for several reasons.
If you had/have children, would you rather they be beautiful but average intelligence or average looking and brilliant? I?d say average looking but brilliant. I think of myself as average to slightly above average but not off the charts in either category, but the older I?ve gotten the more I have grown to value brilliance and ingenuity and the less impressed I have been by natural attractiveness. It also seems that one fades a lot faster than the other.

What?s your favorite book? I don't think I have a favorite book. In general I do not like to re-read books. Once I've read it, I'm done. I'm not going back to read it again, unless it's a school thing. I have enjoyed a lot of books that I've read, but no particular one stands out.

Name a song that reminds you of your childhood. Anything Bruce Springsteen. I can remember singing many songs word for word at a very young age. My parents had a very close knit group of HS friends that had children our age, so we did a lot of summer BBQ and Bruce was always playing.
What was your favorite subject in school? Probably math. I always did well in math and it made sense to me. English/Literature were definitely my weak areas.

What is your husband?s best quality? He is very well-balanced. He rarely gets upset and when he does it is valid. I can be so emotional about things and he is great at making me stare reality in the face. He has become a better husband and father every single day that passes. I wish I had more time to be his wife.
If you could pick one place to visit in the world, where would you go? Right now, I would go to any island that you sent me to. I love my children and my job but I would just love to get away for a few days.

What is your favorite physical feature on your husband? I never know how to answer this! Oh here, I'll say something weird. It's not my favorite feature but I admire that he has really nice feet for a guy. I'm not "into feet" (promise!) but most guys have nasty feet and his are perfect!

My H and I saw Red Dragon at the movie theaters too. I totally thought it was going to be a Karate movie. Umm, yeah, once I figured out what was going on I was totally pissed. I spent the whole movie looking down at my feet because I just can't watch those types of movies.

Haha. I'm not good with those types of movies either! Luckily that film didn't have TOO much intense stuff, plus back then I could still handle it ok, I'm more sensitive now. But I get disturbed very easily and it's lucky I was able to do ok with that movie.

Hello Toddlers & Tiaras. Have you seen that show? Those kids are cute , but some of them are down right nasty. I watched it a few weeks ago and 2 of the girls on there were down right ridiculous. One of them was 3 or 4, so I could kind of understand but the other one was like 8 and she was AWFUL!
I've not seen that show. It might irritate me too much, although it might be a good learning experience of what not to do
