It's going to take me a little bit to get stuff up - I want to scrub people's email addresses out in case they used their real address. Anyway, here's the original emails after moo logged into Fenton's email to see the email about the passwords being the same.

prtyplanner = chop.
I was one of the few holdouts who believed that prtyplanner wasn't
chop. I didn't want to believe it, I couldn't believe it.
Now, though, as much as it pains and sickens me to say it, I'm 110%
convinced. I can't offer you proof, just the fact that it convinced
me. And if it convinced me, hopefully it's enough for the rest of you.
If you don't believe me, then at least think about this and how much
you really know some people.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
amy numbers Mon, May 12, 2008 at 9:43 AM
Ditto. And I'm just regular old 100% sure. Not even Amy100% sure.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fallin Evanston Mon, May 12, 2008 at 9:43 AM
I too have no question. It was Chop.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
noisy.penguin Mon, May 12, 2008 at 9:43 AM
I was also one of the holdouts, and I'm really sad to say that I'm also convinced. =(
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bethieroo Mon, May 12, 2008 at 9:44 AM
Moi aussi. Partyplnr=Chop. Not cool. Not cool at all.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Re: NEY7 + Winged (who was late to the party)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wendy Mon, May 12, 2008 at 9:45 AM
Now Moo, I like you. I know that your allegiance to Chop ran/runs
high, so I think you really are convinced, but you have to know that
everyone has a "I'll believe it when I see it" attitude about all of
this. Can you say how you came about this conclusion without offering
up the goods at least?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wendy Mon, May 12, 2008 at 9:46 AM
Or did I miss something big here?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fallin Evanston Mon, May 12, 2008 at 9:47 AM
No, Wendy, unfortunately, you have to just trust us, all of us, or believe Chop. Sorry.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wendy Mon, May 12, 2008 at 9:49 AM
So there was some sort of revelation that some people were let in on
though?
There was too much to really explain away either way, but I'm just
wondering.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fallin Evanston Mon, May 12, 2008 at 9:50 AM
We are convinced. That's all we can say.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ms. Salimoo Mon, May 12, 2008 at 9:51 AM
No revelation. Just some things I know, and some things I thought
about.
I'm not out to convince people. I just want everyone to know what
they're dealing with and make their own decisions.
It killed me to do this but I want to be fair to everyone.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chop Mon, May 12, 2008 at 9:52 AM
sorry that you think that moo.
it's a shame for you to be "convinced" of something so easily.
i'm okay with people thinking it's me. i have no way to clear my name
so i let it be.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
amy numbers Mon, May 12, 2008 at 9:54 AM
Why not just email the knot and ask to be cleared?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chop Mon, May 12, 2008 at 9:56 AM
i did amy. knot laura said that she cannot disclose any information
due to "user privacy concerns".
that's all i can do.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wendy Mon, May 12, 2008 at 9:56 AM
Eh, not that it really matters in the end either way, but the "just
trust me" line is always a little iffy in my book. If you want to
keep something hidden, there's generally a reason for that. This
whole declaration is a little off, but again, it doesn't make a bit of
difference to the situation I guess.
So it's Chop and she has several of our names/info. We all got lax
about personal information within a group that we 'trusted'.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fallin Evanston Mon, May 12, 2008 at 9:58 AM
Would you care to post those emails?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2bmrseab Mon, May 12, 2008 at 9:59 AM
I am hoping for some evidence one way or another. If it was Chop, I
would hope that she would own up to it. I just hope someone owns up
to it or we get proof as to who it was.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ms. Salimoo Mon, May 12, 2008 at 9:59 AM
Wendy, my thing is that it was taken to RL. Everyone has dirt on
everyone here but the one collective line is usually RL. Once that
line is crossed, I can't trust that the person can go back.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chop Mon, May 12, 2008 at 9:59 AM
sure, i have no problem posting the emails.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fallin Evanston Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:01 AM
Here's the thing. You have to "just trust" someone in this situation.
You can choose to just trust 7 of us (and what reason do all us us have to lie to you)
or you can choose to just trust Chop. That's your decision.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
amy numbers Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:01 AM
There is a totally legit reason to not share the proof here, but I
think everyone figured people would react this way. The list of
people who believe it is a pretty good cross section of NEYers, people
who love Chop, people who could take her or leave her, people who
butted heads with her, but who have ethical problems with posting
personal info, and people who like anything in the name of
entertainment. Take that wfor what you will.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wendy Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:06 AM
For the record, I believe the 7 of you, but like Amy said, you
expected that people would react that way.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Andie Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:07 AM
I need to see the proof before I'm on any bandwagon. Sorry, but you all saying
"you'll have to believe me" is exactly the same as Chop saying "you'll just have to trust me".
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
mashed Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:07 AM
damnit, I hate not knowing. I'm with Wendy and feel so left out.
you all suck! ;-)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fallin Evanston Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:08 AM
Very true. We know that we're telling you (meaning everyone) to take it on
faith and if you don't, it's understandable. I think I speak for everyone in
saying that we just felt that we needed to put it out there--at least what we can.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Andie Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:09 AM
Who is this "we"? What is the proof?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
mashed Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:10 AM
so Fallin, who is "we" and where is your secret board?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
amy numbers Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:10 AM
For shiits and giggles, how would people react if Chop said she did
it? Would she eventually be welcomed back into the fold as Exp?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ms. Salimoo Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:12 AM
We=people who believe 100% now
Proof=no can do.
I'm not out to convince anyone, I'm not trying to get up a hatewagon.
Just want people to think about it. I'm pretty sure I was the last
100% not convinced person out there and I've changed my mind.
It really does make me sick but that's not my fault. It's what happens
when people you respected do fucked up things.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wendy Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:13 AM
What do you mean by welcomed back into the fold? You can't exactly
kick her off NEY island. Exp posts on NEY every day now without the
hundred 'douchebag' responses she got shortly after EG. I think
everyone's made it pretty clear that they thought last week's antics
were a bit BSC. I'm certain nobody will be signing up for another
elfster exchange or giving Chop their real info anytime soon.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Andie Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:13 AM
I figured you guys set up some other super secret board. But I still want to know why and what you have.
I would need a personal confession from Chop herself to believe this.
And I have never welcomed back Exp into the fold, for the record. I have always
been mystified by the short collective memory of NEY sometimes. Especially with
Hezz and Fenton. I don't get it.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bethieroo Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:16 AM
Some of us have gotten over EG. I find most of the AFBers entertaining, and
EG was never brought into real life. So, I was called a tank. Big deal. Does
this mean I expect Ready to forgive Exp for the hacking? No. It also doesn't
mean that I don't expect people to suddenly like her. I'm trying to shun the
group think.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fallin Evanston Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:21 AM
Showing the proof would involve bringing in someone's RL information. While we
would love to show you the proof, we are not willing to do that, esp. in light
of recent events.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fallin Evanston Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:13 AM
so Fallin, who is "we" and where is your secret board?
Well, we is the 7 people who posted above. This is a "secret" board.
2.0 is a secret board. Hair Salon is a secret board. Secret boards are everywhere.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fallin Evanston Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:14 AM
I would need a personal confession from Chop herself to believe this.
Well, that's never coming. Again, your choice.
Husbands should be like Kleenex: Soft, strong, and disposable.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Andie Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:15 AM
Why can't the proof be posted? Or at least privately emailed? What's with all the cloak and dagger stuff?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
mashed Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:24 AM
Fallin, I realize this is a "secret" board but I figure you 7 must
have one of your own to all suddenly come to this realization. Also,
if you have proof I don't know why you wouldn't share it. seems kind
of douchey.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chop Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:25 AM
this is the part of the email exchange i had. that's all i've got.
this is getting really out of control. i'm sorry that any of you
would think i would do something like that. it's fun to play and all
but when it comes to the real world, it's just not me. i'm not going
to make a career out of defending myself. i said a few weeks ago i
don't like being falsly accused of doing something i didn't do/say
but i am not going to drive to the knot HQ to try and get myself
cleared because honestly, with all of the antics of late, i think that
everyone is putting the boards in jeopardy considering the knot has
probably gotten more emails last week than ever. they are going to
start to get pissed.
http://i31.tinypic.com/25fkhhe.jpg
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ms. Salimoo Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:25 AM
Why would we put this proof on this board of 50 random people when
trust is at an all-time low right now?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fallin Evanston Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:26 AM
No, we seven do not have a secret board. In the interest of full disclosure,
I will confess that Amy and I have been chating lately.
Maybe it's douchey. I've explained the reasons. It seems a less douchey
alternative than outing someone else's personal info or saying nothing about it.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Andie Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:28 AM
Well, then I request a private email, if you trust me with that information.
This is so fucked up.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
samfish Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:29 AM
It's all cyclical, things will move on, it will get pushed to the back
of people's minds. Especially since most of this is taking place on
here nad not on NEY.
As for not giving your full name or info to Chop, are you forgetting
that she is the master at fidning this stuff? Really, it seems naive
for anyone on here to think they can't be "found" given all the
myspace pictures etc that have been posted on NEY over the last year
or so by Chop and others.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
mashed Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:31 AM
ok, maybe you have good reasons but I don't understand why it can't be
explained without relealing personal info.
oh and feel free to e-mail me the proof.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wendy Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:36 AM
Moo that was meant to be a little sarcastic. If you know she can find
it, then what can you do? It's not like knowing can help people
protect themsevles from the same situation.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ms. Salimoo Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:37 AM
Wendy, huh? What was meant to be sarcastic?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Fallin Evanston Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:32 AM

Hilarious. You guys are killing the boards. Can't.stop.laughing.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chop Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:35 AM
well, i am only saying that because fenton got "spanked" for everyone
emailing knot laura.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
samfish Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:36 AM
You really think this has drummed up more attention than something
like a racist post or the poster who had a picture of her stillborn in
her siggy? Wasn't Invidia's info posted just a few weeks ago?
Please.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chop Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:37 AM
why is no one emailing me this "proof" if it contains my personal
information?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
noisy.penguin Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:39 AM
I think the amount of randoms that showed up during the Help Bethie
Postathon shows that NEY gets a lot of traffic, even on a Friday night
when it's usually slow. The Knot wouldn't be stupid enough to take down
something they can show to advertisers as proof of high traffic to their
site.
And during the postathon, when I had the IP tracker in my sig briefly,
the sheer number of random people that opened my posts (when most people
probably weren't opening anything) was mind blowing. NEY has WAY more
lurkers than I ever realized.
Anyway, this whole thing just makes me sad.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ms. Salimoo Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:40 AM
Same. I don't want it to be true. There's just no way for me to
believe otherwise.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
mikesgrgal Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:42 AM
Anyway, this whole thing just makes me sad.

Moo, I was responding to your response to my comment about not
thinking anyone would be giving Chop their personal info any time
soon.
Stupid format, nevermind.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fallin Evanston Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:46 AM
why is no one emailing me this "proof" if it contains my personal
information?
The concern isn't your personal information.
Why would we all lie?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chop Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:49 AM
why would you lie? why would you pretend to have "proof"?
again, i'd love to see it.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fallin Evanston Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:50 AM
Yes, why would we lie? Why would we pretend? What do we have to gain?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Andie Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:51 AM
I don't think anyone thinks you're lying. It's just that those of us
who are not privy to this proof you all claim to have would appreciate
something more than "you'll just have to believe me".
It's condescending, honestly.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bethieroo Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:40 AM
True dat, NP. On all counts.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
mashed Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:52 AM
amen, andie. very elitist.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
samfish Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:53 AM
condescending is pushing it. I don't think anyone cares whether you
believe they have proof or not, they're just telling you what they
believe.
however, i do think it would be far more interesting to release this
info, and more fair for Chop to be able to respond to it.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fallin Evanston Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:53 AM
No one's condescending; however, no one is willing to risk
someone's personal info. I know it's circular, but we are
convinced that Chop posted Fenton info. Would you really expect
that someone else would take the risk?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For real . . . .one would think you all were dealing with State Department cables.
I think we were more modern Puritanical about it.

Andie Mon, May 12, 2008 at 10:58 AM
So, essentially, YOU all can be trusted with the personal information
in this proof, but we can't. That's what I'm hearing, right?
I just think it's funny that people who post on a public message board
where not only are each of our locations, professions, as well as numerous
pictures of yourselves are available to every single lurker, suddenly feel
so worried about personal security. EVERYONE is vulnerable. Let's not kid
ourselves.

her name is "cathy" and she got married in "virginia" and she lives in

clique-ish.
I know I have said that I am waiting for proof or a confession, but if
this was a tv drama I would be thinking it was Chop. As this isn't
tv, and it RL (to a certain extent) I am going to try to wait
patiently for some proof.

This is awesome. How did I miss this? mikesgrgal got on my nerves, though now I can't remember why.
hey, remember when Boudior pics were all the rave? I hated those.

OK, that is just so pathetically funny. Out of all the people to have
their PW be PASSWORD, you aren't a likely candidate. You were so
convinced that your pics and stuff were mostly safe, therefore one
would think that your PW would be pretty strong.
Chop, this is not looking good, SVU music is being cued.

Chop Mon, May 12, 2008 at 11:38 AM
yes dear, tis true. but you don't know what email i have linked to my
account so why would that be so hard to fathom?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
emilyjo Mon, May 12, 2008 at 11:41 AM
chop- do you realize that there would have been NO connection made if
the password was 'password'
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
amy numbers Mon, May 12, 2008 at 11:42 AM
Keep in mind, this same theory would require not just chop, but the
other independent person that is partyplr also using PASSWORD as their
password.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chop Mon, May 12, 2008 at 11:45 AM
i know what my password was, she said we had the same password. what
is there in question?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
mashed Mon, May 12, 2008 at 11:48 AM
what are the chances somebody else, pretending to be you, would choose
the same password? the odds can't be good.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
emilyjo Mon, May 12, 2008 at 11:39 AM
chop, COMMON!
you are insulting every single one of our IQ's if you think were going
to believe THAT load of BS. for real.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chop Mon, May 12, 2008 at 11:42 AM
um, ok so don't? it doesn't really matter to me, i find it funny. i
have used password on all of my knot accounts. sure it's easy to
guess but you would need to know my email address that i used to sign
up with so the password does no good. it could be 123456 and you
still wouldn't be able to get into my account.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ms. Salimoo Mon, May 12, 2008 at 11:50 AM
You're covering your ass. You knew the proof we had and wanted to be
the first to show your hand so you could come up with a story.
password my ass.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chop Mon, May 12, 2008 at 11:51 AM
mashed, i don't know. considering password is probably common? i
don't know. it's funny to me.
again, i'm not out to convince anyone. if i was guilty of the crime i
am not sure how i would handle it but i would guess i wouldn't be
sharing any info about it, but in the meantime i'd like to try and
have my name cleared. if i can't i can't. so be it. the world won't
end.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
mashed Mon, May 12, 2008 at 11:41 AM
but still, nobody uses PASSWORD as a password, and who would know what
your password is?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
samfish Mon, May 12, 2008 at 11:54 AM
I'm an intellectual reject when it comes to the internet, and I would
NEVER choose PASSWORD as my password, seems so infinitely hackable.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
mashed Mon, May 12, 2008 at 11:54 AM
see, if both passwords were Liz I could buy that someone made a very
good guess. but nobody would think sherlockchops password would be
password.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chop Mon, May 12, 2008 at 11:55 AM
moo, i don't know what you're talking about. i got an email back from
knot laura because i am trying to clear my name. she feels bad i am
in the middle of all this, i guess.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
emilyjo Mon, May 12, 2008 at 11:57 AM
ok, then can you get knot laura to confirm thru email that indeed your
password was 'password' and not something else. and then get a screen
shot? i mean youve already changed your password, so i dont see that
problem.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Aliza131 Mon, May 12, 2008 at 12:00 PM
I also don't get how you guys telling us this if it was the evidence
you had let personal info out. All you had to say was "Chop and Party
had the same PW"
Unless it is something else and then I don't know what I'm talking
about.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ms. Salimoo Mon, May 12, 2008 at 12:04 PM
The KG put her ass on the line revealing it. Her ass is STILL on the
line with chop posting it, which is why it was kept secret to protect
her job. Since chop's gone and spilled the beans without a second
thought about who she might be affecting, I'm doubly sure we did the
right thing in keeping it under wraps.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chop Mon, May 12, 2008 at 12:04 PM
i'll ask
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fallin Evanston Mon, May 12, 2008 at 12:06 PM
Watching chop try to work this is killing me. This is better than Chloe. So much better.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Aliza131 Mon, May 12, 2008 at 12:10 PM
Ah, that is me being selfish and not thinking about people outside of
myself. That does make sense.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wendy Mon, May 12, 2008 at 12:11 PM
Oh, I didn't even believe that the connection was in the password.
I'm thinking whether the pw was password or not doesn't change the
fact that odds are pretty slim that they would match. (knot pws are
case sensitive too, correct?)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Shorty2 Mon, May 12, 2008 at 12:14 PM
Let me get this straight, Partyplnr posted Fenton's info and Chop is
Partyplnr?
I think Moo should show her hand. NEY has been "put up or shut up"
mentality so it suprises me to hear "you'll just have to trust me".
Isn't there any way of offering HOW you came to this conclusion
without devulging the personal info? The secrecy of how you came to
that conclusion is interesting, too. FOR THE LOVE OF PETE JUST THROW
US A BONE, WILL YOU?!
It's all on there, inlcuding a post where chop tries to defend taking things into real life because roses did it first.
But c&ping stuff from there aint easy, yo.
