What do we think about James Franco and Anne Hathaway hosting the Oscars?
Anyone else think that's a tad odd? Discuss, please.

Re: What do we think about James Franco and Anne Hathaway hosting the Oscars?
I am so disgusted with Hollywood right now since everyone's feewings were huwt because the mean Wicky Gewvais made jokes about dem at the Golden Globes. I believe I do my share of celebrity ego-stroking when I pay $10.50 to see a movie, and don't care to hear them whine about pretty much anything.
I will probably try to watch, but really haven't in years.
They seem like strange choices to me. I like more of an old school host; Billy Crystal or Steve Martin. Anne Hathaway and James Franco seem too new and unestablished to me to be hosting the mother of all award shows.
Did they do a movie together? I'm curious about them together. They seem like an odd match for this.
But it does seem odd that they are so young and not as well known. I couldn't name one movie James Franco is in. Oh, Batman, OK, one.
haha. James Franco was in Spiderman, not Batman.
He was also in Milk with Sean Penn. Lately I think he's kind of creepy looking...so we'll see how much I watch.
