As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

and has high cholesterol... how the hell does that happen??? And I'm the opposite, my cholesterol is abnormally low for someone of my age. What does he need to avoid/change/etc. my all knowing nesties

No one in his family has high choloesterol, so I'm not sure where it comes from. I'm going to do some digging. I'm going to have him do the fiber thing, that's a great idea, and easy for him. If we weren't losing our insurance on Tuesday I'd have him see a nutrionist, but it's just too expensive :O( And I'm going to try and start dragging him to Zumba with me... the effort to fight me should get him into shape bahahah

Aren't cheerio's supposed to lower cholesterol? I might be making that up, not sure.
