    Ok, as a friend of the BF, I'm offended on his behalf.... It's a geek-boy's house. He's not a freaking axe murderer. His house (and by extension, he) doesn't deserve such ridicule.

    It was quite obviously a joke. I'm in love with the guy, and if I didn't get offended on his behalf, I think you're way overreacting.

    And FTR, I showed this to him and he thought it was funny, especially the "tattoine" comment.

    Overreacting? Perhaps. I still stand by it. Either way, seeing the house is long overdue and I think you (and everyone else) shouldn't make cracks about it until you've been there.

    Well, I am not going to touch on your extreme audacity in attempting to tell me what to do, but suffice it to say I will make jokes about whatever I want, although for the record I didn't actually make any jokes.

    I am not offended, BF is not offended. End of story. Let it go.

    I made my point. I'm done. I do hope that you enjoy the dinner and have a lovely evening at his house.

    We're not doing much.  We're just going to make dinner at home....Ribeyes w/ Herb Compound Butter, Lobster Tails w/ Drawn Butter, Cheddar Bay Biscuits, Mashed Potatoes w/ Smoked Gouda and Chives (or a Mushroom Risotto) and Lava Cakes.

    I always seem to miss the drama!

    If the baby's well enough, we have reservations at Amuse for Sat night and have a sitter lined up.  No plans for Monday and we've agreed not to exchange any gifts since we're both hard to buy for.  I have a cute pink and red velour dress (hand-me-down) for Harlie to wear to school Monday with pink tights.

    We are doing a low key date night and exchanging cards. Last year IHOP was way too crowded so we're going to The Flying Biscuit. I can't wait for their grilled mac n cheese!!!

    DH is taking me on a surprise trip to .... I have no idea where. I was told to pack everything from a bathing suit to a fur coat. We are leaving Sat morning and coming back on Monday. I can't wait :)

    We're going to our second prenatal class at Piedmont.  I can't wait for part 2 of the 1980s video following three pregnant couples.  The shoulder pads in the first one were to die for.
