August 30!
Weeee, another August baby!
Haha. Um...wow...probably the worst 8 weeks of my life! Seriosly, morning sickness is a b*tch. It was torture because I was always hungry, but food just didn't sound good. The only 2 foods I could tolerate were cereal and pizza. I ate so much cereal it's not even funny. I would seriously sit and cry because I was so hungry, but food either didn't sound good or I couldn't keep it down. And I was exhausted all.the.time. I do have to give a big AW to Nick because he was wonderful with everything. He cleaned the house, did laundry, cooked, and offered to go get me anything I wanted because I just felt awful all the time. He seriously is a saint. I don't know what I would do without him.
Things started to turn around last week, and normal foods have been part of my regular diet again. I'm feeling MUCH better. Not 100% yet, but eating is good again, and I'm able to things like normal.
It's been REALLY tough because people IRL life don't know yet. I've had to pretend drink, which is actually really difficult because drinking is what we usually do with friends. There have been a lot of topics and jokes to avoid to keep our secret safe. Thank the Lord that we are finally telling family and friends this week because I don't know how many more virgin bloody marys I can drink. Ack.
Also something funny- at Nick's work, a co-worker's wife is pg, his boss' daughter is pg, and 2 of the girls who work in the office are all pg. Plus me. There's seriously something in the water over there.
Sorry if this is long. I haven't had anyone to talk to about this except Nick. Lol.
Ack, sounds like you've had a rough couple of months! How miserable. So glad to hear that you've started feeling better though!
Have fun telling everyone IRL!
DUDE!!!! Congrats!
Thanks. If you want a walking buddy once its consistently a little nicer out, let me know!
Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!
Aw, congrats to both of you!
Wop- I know my first trimester was the same. Nothing sounded good, except plain bagels with plain cream cheese. Then the day my 2nd trimester started it was like a switch flipped. I had my appetite back and I started craving more than bagels.

Congrats
Ummm...hello, this deserves a post of your own!!!! congrats. Nice to see you around. I've been thinking about you.
Wop, glad to hear you are feeling better. Did you ever try to B6 and Unisom trick. I didn't want to when pg with Allison, becuse I didn't feel right taking a sleeping pill when pg. But when I was pg with Amelia I had to deal with a 7 month old, so I needed to function. That combo worked wonders.
After my first trimester I got Brian a little gift for helping out so much. I wanted to find an indoor golf range but couldn't, so I got him a BW gift card to go out with him friend. With Mia money was a little tight since I was working part-time, so I just wrote him a nice card.
Awwww! Congrats to both of you two!!! Such exciting news to happen onto my first time back on the nest in awhile.
WOP- Glad to hear you're feeling better and that the new bathroom worked out for ya! At my old job we always used to joke there was something in the water because there were always at least one or two people who were pregnant at the same time.
MrsHDM-I'm glad I read through this whole post or I would've missed your announcement, congrats!!!
