I took some out for tonight with the intent on making a recipe and then didn't have one of the main ingredients (D'oh!).

I made up a crock up sweet & sour chicken Monday night that was really good.
I cut chicken into bite size pieces, combined with a bottle of the lachoy sweet & sour sauce and turned it on high for about 3hrs, then added pieces on red pepper and a can of pineapple chunks and let it cook for another hour. I served it over rice. it was really yummy & easy.
ooooh, maybe that will be for dinner tomorrow night!
