Anatomy Scan
So my morning was sort of ruined by work. Some if it was no one's fault inparticular it just sucks that I can't take an hour for a friggin' appointment. I actually walked into the office all teared up and looking incredibly stupid (poor dh didn't even know how to console me because I was on the phone every few minutes with work). Luckily the customer I ended up speaking with right before was wonderful despite some issues he was experiencing and told me that he could wait for me to finish my appt and call him back at my convenience (he didn't even know what type of appt I had).
I seriously feel like I can't get away from it sometimes.
I have to go back for a few measurements because the little bugger would not move (even after I had OJ, chocolate milk aaaand walked around the hospital with a sucker). The tech told us so far everything looked really good. We do have a sex though, and will be finding out this evening. I have a sneaky feeling that I peaked what it was and if anyone remembers what I was thinking I was right.
Then again I am NOT an ultrasound tech, so what do I know? LOL

I didn't know I was peaking,
she was taking a quick 'screen shot' like right in the very beginning and it soooo clearly looked exactly like pics of what I have seen for a certain sex. I was only mad at myself for a second though. My worries about everything looking good really took over, my tech wasn't super quiet or anything but when the room goes silent it can really freak you out.
Thanks so much!!! Today is going to be really trying on my nerves so it will be nice to have something to look forward too especially since I am still super wound up and trying to stay calm.

Sorry your day has been so awful. I wouldn't turned my phone off and told work that phones are not permitted in the office due to the equipment. I hope your afternoon gets better.
Okay I am an idiot and definitely not good at reading ultrasounds.
Those 'lines' I always thought were in reference to the dark spaces. I think I was wrong after all. I guess it will be surprise. I needed a minute distraction so looked up images.

Me too! Is pocket pookums pink or blue? I can't stand it. I am still amazed and so happy that you're this far along, but the suspense is killing me.
Eh we just wanted it to be the two of us, since we both would have to rush off to work immediately after we thought it would be nicer that way. Then when this morning was going so horrible I was sure I wanted to find out later on.
Me either. I just spoke with Scott and we are both thinking the same thing now. I wonder if we are totally wrong.
I told dh we could go to BWW tonight for dinner then we are going to pick out an outfit.
