Re: Great Article
i consider myself both since i work in the office monday, wednesday & friday and from home tuesday & thursday. tuesdays and thursdays are so crazy that i pretty much get no work done.
i enjoy work so i don't dread going. i am also lucky enough to take her to work with me 1 week a month. of course i miss z but i know that she has much more fun being with my parents those days since they do exciting things that i wouldn't necessarily take her to. we have our own activities and they have theirs.
as much as it's exhausting being a working mom, i'm much more exhausted by the end of the day on the days i am home.
i joke around at work that being there is easy and much more relaxing. at home i have a lot more responsibilities and deadlines. and i'm lucky enough to have a husband that helps cook, clean, do laundry, and help with z.
the debate is ridiculous. there isn't a right or wrong. it's a personal decision and what works for one doesn't always work for the other.

I find this to be so true. The days I am off with Xander and the weekends I am exhausted. He goes a 100% all the time and he keeps me on my toes when we are together. I won't lie, some days I look forward to an 8.5 hour work day to get some down time in away from Xander.
